  I had an outstanding experience at El Pollo Loco thanks to Kelsey! From the moment we walked in, she greeted us with a warm smile and a genuinely friendly attitude. We were having a little trouble figuring out the automated ordering screen, and instead of just pointing us in the right direction, Kelsey came over and patiently walked us through the entire process. She explained everything clearly, answered our questions, and made sure we were comfortable using the kiosk before stepping away. What really stood out was her kindness and willingness to go above and beyond. Even though she had other responsibilities, she never made us feel rushed. She took the time to ensure our order was entered correctly and made the whole experience easy and stress-free. Her professionalism, patience, and positive attitude turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a great one. Customer service like Kelsey’s is becoming harder to find, and she truly deserves recognition for the excellent job she does. She made us feel welcome, valued, and appreciated from start to finish. It’s employees like Kelsey who keep customers coming back. Thank you, Kelsey, for your exceptional service and for making our visit to El Pollo Loco such a wonderful experience. We will definitely be returning!

  This El Pollo Loco has to be one of the worst places I have ordered from. The Hispanic lady at the register inside on 6/2/26 at about 12:15 p.m. was very unprofessional and rather mean to me. I told her I would like a chicken tostada with double chicken with extra beans and rice in cups. And I also would like a 8 peace chicken drumstick and thighs only. She then just mess everything up asking me if I wanted other stuff and when I try to answer her and specifically tell her how I didn't want some of the things she was saying, some kind of a way she just mess up my order totally. She did not fix the chicken tostada order right at all. And she gave me a 8 peace of mix chicken. She seem to have a language understanding or something because she was very confused and at times showing me so much fusstration. Her body language was like she didn't want to be bothered with me in taking my order. She was very mean face to me and made me feel very comfortable and unwelcome. After taking my order I notice that the next Hispanic couple she waited on after me she was so nice to them laughing with them and everything while she took their order, I could tell she was very comfortable waiting on them, it really made me wonder just what did I do for her to be so impolite to me and why she had so much fusstration in taking my order. So when the man who look like was a manager or something, came with my order, she acted so different infront of him. She did not hava a addatude or nothing infront of him. So as he put my food in the bag he gave it to me and told me thank you and come again. He was the only one nice at the time. I was so humiliated and just wanted to leave. I didn't even check my order till I got home and notice how she mess up my order. The chicken tostada did not have all of what it was supposed to have. I told her all of certain things she was asking me if i wanted on my chicken tostada I could not eat it, because i was allergic to eating the certain things in question, but she put all of what i told her i could not eat it because i was allergic to it anyway!! there was no extra chicken, no extra beans in a cup no extra rice in a cup. And like I said I didn't even get my chicken correctly. Its like she had so much fusstration and dislike for me till she just did my order anyway she wanted. I will never never ever go back to this El Pollo Loco. And im going to make a complaint to the head office if I can. Because no one should be made to feel so uncomfortable and unwelcome especially when visiting a place of business establishment.
