  I stopped here on a long drive home, and the drive-through service was pretty good. But I after ate the sandwich, which tasted fine, I started in on my curly fries. They had a distinct taste of rancid oil. Rather than write this Google review first, I called and asked to speak to the manager. Who did not identify himself when he picked up the phone I explained the situation and was met with a “what?“ So I repeated myself that I believed their oil was rancid, and they should get it changed, and with no concern for my meal, he said well OK, we’ll take care of that very flatly. Disappointed in this particular, Arby’s For both quality and customer service, as I generally enjoy their curly fries

  The biscuits were wonderful at breakfast. The potato cakes were inedible - cold and rancid grease. Three away 3 orders of them. 😡
