With mail, it’s usually sent to the post office, with doordash, they usually just get lazy and cancel. I honestly assumed this was another case of exactly that. I ordered my food, and I thought I put notes in the system for the driver, but upon further review it looks like I didn’t since it wasn’t provided on the receipt given to dominos. The lady who answered the phone stated that the driver tried calling me 4 times, yet my dumb phone didn’t have a single call going through. The manager working tonight was absolutely amazing to talk to. I hate confrontation and she worked through the issues with me, no blaming or pointing fingers. They then redelivered the food to the right side of the building. I really appreciate their attentiveness, and their customer service is absolutely amazing!
