We loved it here. The food and atmosphere are wonderful. Especially the outdoor patio. Plenty of excellent gluten free options for pizza, pasta, and even dessert. Plus personal heat lamps for each table!

I want to talk about Tardino Bros, the Italian restaurant we go to. It’s such a nice place; I’ve been before as well. More than just the food being good, which is excellent, they have amazing hospitality. As soon as my husband and I wanted to sit down, a lady at the next table got up and pulled out a chair for us. I was surprised, thinking she was a customer, but she was actually the owner. She was so down-to-earth and kind. For my meal, I ordered the salad that the owner herself was having, with turkey meatballs that were absolutely delicious. I had ordered just one, but since my salad initially came without meatballs by mistake, they gave me two. When I told them I had only ordered one, they said, no, you had ordered a salad like mine, and they wanted to make up for the mistake. In my opinion, any successful business can attract customers like this. I highly recommend this place to all my friends, and we’ll always come here. I will also share this on my social media.

I got a delivery-the food was very good, fresh tasty salad. V nice seasoned lasagne. Excellent food, however the portions have massively decreased, I understand times are hard- this is a good spot I just feel like I paid way too much for essentially not that much. 40 odd bucks for yes nice food but not that much-is a bit harsh. Doesn’t cost that much to provide a big salad, more than a tiny little portion of dressing enough lasagne for 2 Normal folk. A bit cheap on their part-maybe coz I got take out unsure. Won’t order again. They did provide tasty cheese garlic bread-but it must be coz they know portions are v small. I can go with zhankou and feed us 2 ppl better for same price and stretch 2 meals each.

When my husband and I first walked in, no one greeted us for at least a whole 2 minutes, despite the group of employees behind the register. We just stood there awkwardly waiting for someone to acknowledge us. Mind you, the place was not busy at all, and the inside space is very small with little walking room, so they definitely saw us come in. When they finally did talk to us, it was only because one of them eventually had to step past my husband to drop food off at another table. I saw someone else mention this exact same experience in a recent review so it seems like a common phenomenon at this place to ignore new customers. Unfortunately, the service during our meal was not much better, although the only other occupied table (a family of 4 dining near us) seemed to be getting exceptionally friendly treatment, and were even given free desserts. Not sure what my husband and I did to get the cold shoulder, but oh well. Next, the food itself was not that good. I ordered the Jojo's Spicy Pasta which you would expect to be at least a little flavorful with a name like that. It also advertises a creamy sauce, but what I got was an extremely oily and bland concoction. My husband mentioned his fettuccine alfredo was just as bland. Granted, the cream of mushroom soup my husband got as a side was yummy, as was the garlic bread that came with the pasta. However, that only makes it all the more tragic that the main part of the meal did not meet that same standard. Overall, we paid a little over $60 for two plates of mid pasta and two sodas. No alcohol, no appetizer, no dessert. I'm sure this place is a great option for those that require GF options, but as for me, it's not a place I'd return to a second time.

Im gonna be honest, I didnt really care for the front of house Employees. As a whole they all just huddled together kee-hee-hee-ing and laughing like a high school click, talking amongst themselves without any care whatsoever to create a welcoming atmosphere for the customers who came in. I found it very awkward, as the place was very compact, claustrophobic and small. And as many as they were, not one said "hello" to me. In particularl a girl named "Jackie" who I suppose is the "hostess" within the group. No greeting, but whats weird is she just stared at me so ODDLY and was very CURT to me. She did NOT exhibit a hospitable energy. In fact She was very cold and calculating. She made me feel very uncomfortable and unwelcomed. Pretty girl but her vibes threw me off. If you look carefully at my Pic, she was rt there just staring at me. But Five stars ****** for The ONLY SAVING Grace for me at this Place which was "Anne" the manager and owner I believe she was. Anne was so kind and understanding to me. And the food! Omg the food, GASP! Was phenomenal. And TRUST when I say Ive been to some of the best RESTOS that served Chicken Parm. And Anne's Parm was exceptionally delicious. And surpassed the competition superbly. It was out of this world FOOD that signaled QUALITY. A total chef's kiss. But as I told Anne, food is connected to energy and Jackie wasnt very kind to me. Didnt even check on me or nothing to ask how the food was, and if I needed anything else. I soon lost my apetite with her Steely Looks lol and I opted to take my food to go. I signaled for her, She came begrudingly, if only to utter a rude and abrupt "are you gonna pay cash or credit?" to which she gruffly left a portable CC machine that was not working bty and ignored me the rest of the time, leaving me to fend for myself. She was so mean spirited lol like what is her deal? And lemme tell You bty as soon as I got home, I WOLFED DOWN my left overs. Proof of how good the food really was when eaten in comfort. But alas the service was less than desirable. At least for me. And IF theyre choosing who theyre gonna be nice to and not nice to then this wait staff are in the wrong field. As you are supposed to be welcoming and WARM to everybody that walks in that place. I came in with such GRACE and ELEGANCE and beauty lol hoping and excited to experience the warm and friendly, FAMILIAL, "Italian" hospitality I was looking for, where Service is attentive yet leisurely, encouraging an atmosphere of JOY and happiness, by making Guests feel like theyre part of La Famiglia, friendly conversations and connections by feeling WELCOMED. Alas I did not receive that. I dont get it. Are you trying to ATTRACT customers or REPEL them? Remember: PEOPLE come for the Food, but We come back for the Service.
