Taco Bell is located at 1953 East Colorado Boulevard in Pasadena, just off The Rose Parade route. They have a number of computer kiosks available for ordering your food. They do a lot of ordering online for those that want to order ahead just to pick up. I'm old school, and I had to wait for someone to verbally walk me through the steps for ordering. There are a lot of combinations and a lot of specialties on the menu. Looking at them ahead of time will give you a head start to trying to figure out what to order.
Depending on the day and time it can range from quiet to very busy.
I knew that I wanted the gordito crunch wrap, Mexican pizza, soft taco, and nachos. There were a number of options available for each menu item. I paid the staff member and was given a pickup number. After waiting a number of minutes I was given my order.
I waited at one of the nearby tables. They have a number of high top tables, lower four top tables, and booths. The tables around me were clean and ready for new customers. When my number was called, I picked up my order. I sat down to make sure that I had picked up everything, and proceeded to walk home. I walked by their busy drive-thru window along Colorado Boulevard.
My order included the Mexican Pizza, Beef Enchirito, Crunchwrap Supreme, Beef Chalupa Supreme, and nachos. I was really happy with all the items, especially the Mexican Pizza and Crunchwrap Supreme. Good flavor and spice even without additional sauces. I did use the hot sauces that a friendly staff member, Lynette, had included for me. She was incredibly helpful and helped me make sure my takeout order was complete.
They have a large parking lot available. I found that they had plenty of inside space for groups, but there was no outside seating when I was there.
Their opening hours are extensive from early morning to early morning. Inside seating has limited hours.
If you need food quick and want to use the drive-thru, this is the place to go.
