The pizza was fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. A special thank you to Gabriel for his outstanding customer service. He was friendly, welcoming, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed.

Staffs and the food that the staff made is fantastic, but management can’t get more staffs in to have the order ready at promise time despite knowing it’s World Cup finals? There is a reason I ordered days ahead just so I can have them on time.

A company's culture says a lot about the business. On July 14, 2026, at around 5:10 p.m., I went to Prince Pizza in Pasadena to pick up an Uber Eats order. There was no available parking, so I briefly parked in the red zone directly in front of the store, expecting a quick pickup. The restaurant was not busy, and the employees behind the counter were standing around. This was not my first pickup from this location. After I gave the order name to the young man at the counter - a man with shoulder-length, dark brown, curly hair - he asked, "Where is your insulated bag?" I replied that it was in my car and that the Uber app had already verified I had one before allowing me to accept the order. I have picked up countless pizza orders, and no restaurant has ever insisted that I physically bring the bag inside before releasing an order. He told me to go back to my car and get it. I did exactly that and returned with the bag. At that point, he told me the order wasn't ready and that the wait would be about 15 minutes. After waiting nearly 20 minutes, something didn't seem right. I went back to the counter and asked about the order again. He acted as though he didn't know where it was, so I pointed to the warming oven and asked, "Is that the order?" Sure enough, it had been sitting there the ENTIRE TIME. By the time he finally handed it to me, the pizza was already far from fresh. It was obvious to me that he was intentionally making the pickup more difficult than necessary. Unfortunately, that behavior didn't hurt me as much as it hurt the restaurant and its customer. I wasn't the one eating the pizza, my customer was, and they received food that had been sitting unnecessarily. After the delivery, the customer reduced my tip to zero. I'm over 50 years old, owned and operated my own business before retiring, and now drive for Uber primarily for exercise and to stay active. Experiences like this make me think about a company's culture. When an employee feels comfortable playing games with delivery drivers, it raises questions about how the business treats its customers, vendors, and even its own staff. Company culture starts with everyday interactions, and unfortunately, my experience at this location left a very negative impression.

REUSING BOXES We had a bad experience with a cashier taking our order. He had a bad attitude but it happens and I don’t care enough to write a review because of it. But after our slices were served to us in a pizza box AS WE WERE EATING OUT OF THE BOX the same employee came up to our table and said “You didn’t tell me you’re not taking it to go, we’re low on boxes and need them. I’m going to take the box back and give you plates.” Then tried to pull our food off the table to take it back to the kitchen before I stopped him. Horrible service and even worse hygiene
