  Absolute worse customer service and management here. They talk about customers behind their back as one waits for their food, and the managers chip in and condone it. Never try and get food here. Food took over an hour to come out, despite multiple check-ins to see what was happening.

  Drive thru was packed so we walked in. Out of toys food took a long time and tasted old anyways. Will not come back to this location. It looked like they needed more employees

  Another negative experience at an another McDonald’s. I really don’t understand what the point of taking customers orders is, if the employees are gonna give you whatever they want to regardless. Once again, I order from the McDonalds app, and intentionally chose an entire other store cause we’ve had issues with the one closer to our home, and we still run into the same issues. I ordered a $6 McDouble meal deal with no onions, and they give us onions. Mind you, the paper literally stuck to the burger with instructions says “no onions”!? I ordered a cheeseburger meal with no pickles or onions, and they put pickles on it… AGAIN, literal piece of paper on the burgers says “ONLY KETCHUP, MUSTARD, & CHEESE”… it’s insane, is reading not a thing anymore, or customer satisfaction?? You can correctly take my money, but can’t properly make our orders! Finally I ordered a kids 4 piece nugget meal, didn’t get the apple juice. I ordered medium chocolate shake, they gave me a small, but I caught that part at the window and they fixed it. They didn’t give me our requested sauces, BBQ, and Hot Mustard, and their sweet tea was literal water. Why should I have to deep dive in my order at the window cause I don’t trust McDonald’s is gonna give me what I pay for? It’s a dang shame. Burger King is definitely out of my way, but probably waaay better and more secure at this point. Do better guys.

  Why is it that every item I ordered was incorrect? Drive Thru ordered 2 Saja Boys meals and 2 McGriddles. They messed up on the McGriddles and gave us McMuffins and noticed the wrong sandwich when we got home. Drove all the way back and got it replaced but they threw out our receipt. Returned home a second time to find the Saja Boy meals both were missing the sauce on the sandwich. Not even worth driving back a second time now especially when they threw out my receipt. Why do we pay extra for a promotional item for them to get the specific unique ingredient missing? Why do we have to open up every single sandwich to verify they gave the right food to us?

  Do not come to this McDonald's, the dinning room is filthy bathrooms are even worse, if you go inside prepare to be ignored by the staff, and if you actually get served this cheap sorry excuse for a store won't even give you a refill on there over priced fountain drinks. The staff are the exact reason people fought against the minimum wage increase, pay went up service went down. Absolute trash location
