I completed a mobile order for pickup, paid for it, received a confirmation email, and drove all the way over there only to find that the store closed at 4pm. Not sure why the app allowed me to order and pay, but now I’m out $27 and don’t have lunch for tomorrow. Please fix the hours on Google and the app, because this is unacceptable. The sandwiches are amazing though, which is why I’m extra disappointed!

Showed up at 2pm, the guy said he's not making sandwiches for 30 minutes because he's on his break and he's the only one working. We came back at 4pm and they closed. Google hours say they're open until 9pm today. What is wrong with all the Jimmy John's in this area?! None of them are ever open according to their hours! Used to love Jimmy John's. Really hate it now. I've been probably 10 different times while they say they're open and they're not open. Corporate needs to do something.
