  On Google and in the app, it says the store is open until 9pm every day. I completed a mobile order for pickup, paid for it, received a confirmation email, and drove all the way over there only to find that the store closed at 4pm. Not sure why the app allowed me to order and pay, but now I’m out $27 and don’t have lunch for tomorrow. Please fix the hours on Google and the app, because this is unacceptable. The sandwiches are amazing though, which is why I’m extra disappointed!

  They literally have a sign on the door that says they're honoring Google's hours as of May 20th. Showed up at 2pm, the guy said he's not making sandwiches for 30 minutes because he's on his break and he's the only one working. We came back at 4pm and they closed. Google hours say they're open until 9pm today. What is wrong with all the Jimmy John's in this area?! None of them are ever open according to their hours! Used to love Jimmy John's. Really hate it now. I've been probably 10 different times while they say they're open and they're not open. Corporate needs to do something.

  I thought jimmy John’s was supposed to be fast? Took 15 min to get our sandwiches in restaurant.

  I have been a Jimmy John’s customer since they had a store on S. Lake, but it closed a while back. I haven’t been to another Jimmy John’s location since none have been conveniently nearby. However, I’ve remained subscribed to their newsletter as a rewards member. Recently, I received an email about their new menu item—gyros. Today, while I was in the Old Town Pasadena area and thinking about getting lunch, I passed by Jimmy John’s and remembered the promo for their new item. I decided to stop in and give it a try. I ordered online and got the Greek gyro. The restaurant wasn’t very busy, with only one or two customers inside. I waited about 10 minutes for my order and noticed that the place was quite clean. The gyro was okay, but nothing to brag about. I was glad I got it at a promotional price. I still prefer gyros from a Mediterranean or Greek restaurant. All in all, it’s a decent option for an easy sandwich.

  Incorrect hours posted. I wasted $5 on parking to order 2 sandwiches really quick. Google Maps says they close at 9pm but I walked up at 7:10 and the doors were locked. I called and they said the franchise chooses its own hours and they can’t change the Google Maps posting. Thanks for wasting my $5 sounds like the franchise owner needs to figure out how to reconcile this with corporate. Will not be visiting this location again.
