  Came in to get the cheapest thing on the menu. Accidentally got the most expensive bagel instead (6 cheese). My friend got the energy drink. Upon walking in, vibes felt safe and friendly. Staff greeted all of us with a smile, a true and genuine smile. Kevin was super friendly at the register and looks like he loves his job. Would come back for kevin. Best Einstein’s location ever!

  I placed an order over the phone spoke to Angela and I requested a dozen bagel of different flavor I asked 4 onion 4 garlic and 4 everything on it. She was so in hurry to get ride of me she asked someone to prepare my order but she forgot to hang up the phone so I can hear all the conversation that went on. It was nasty to hear if you are customer who order. Then when I picked up my order it is incorrect. They gave all garlic but separated in 3 plastic bags. I do not if it is honest mistake or deliberately done. I am afraid to eat my bagel because they might contaminate my food. I am very pleasant when I placed my order. Maybe they are busy at the time I called they can always said she cannot do it placing in separate bags because they are busy. I can understand that. Rather than messing up my order. I am loyal customer with loyalty reward. I patronize the business. Today I am so disappointed 😞

  Been there with my elder brother and sister this morning and Got very embarrassing treatment from the hispanic lady, alleging manager. They did mistake for our order: Firstly, we ordered 4 sandwiches but they gave only 3. Secondly, when we biten it, found all 3 sandwiches were with jalapeños that we did not ordered because we couldn’t eat spicy ones. I asked to replace them and she replied they couldn’t due to already biten. How do we know the sandwiches including jalapeños without trying? I guess she was in bad mood and shout at us. Anyway it should be GOOD morning breakfast but she made us so unhappy. We are living in same vicinity and may never try here anymore.

  I got a bagel with two eggs but they ended up giving me only one egg. It wasn't a big deal and I requested an extra egg. But what happened next was a bizzare sequence of events. I talked to an employee whose name I did not catch but he is a chubby white male in his 20s with brown curly hair. I relayed the information that I did not received two eggs as orderd. He said "yeah! I got you it's very obvious ok" in a very rude and somewhat aggressive tone. He then left and I had to speak to another employee. The other emoloyee then gave me the egg in a cup for me to put it on my self instead of remaking the sandwich as you would typically expect at other establishments. After that I saw that same young guy with curly hair screaming at an employee in the back, fully visible to customers. I am not sure if this guy is the boss's son because he sure act like he owns this place and is untouchable. The manager or the owner seriously needs to retain the staff on customer service.
