- JAJareth ArteagaJun 11, 20261.0Staff was friendly and nice but, there were a lot of issues going on with the store. I went in around 7pm and there was no lids for the bowls they only offered tinfoil. They were out of multiple drinks in the fountain machine. The Ice machine was not working and they said before I purchased my drink that the agua Fresca were cold. Their bubblers were off and drinks were hot. The lobby was super dirty there was rice and food all over the floor. Almost every table was dirty. Staff did not pick up or clean up in the 30 minutes I was inside the store dining in. If the lobby is this dirty I can’t imagine the kitchen/prep area where the food is prepared. I would like a chipotle representative to please contact me

Minutes after opening so only one other person in front of me. It was a younger girl working the front and a person working in the kitchen. She never said hello nor smiled. I ordered a kids meal. She asked me if I wanted chips, it comes with it. I said no. I asked if it came with a drink and she replied “that’s what I said.” I said to her I didn’t hear that part. She gave me the total and laid down the amount on the counter. I guess she didn’t see that the money was on the counter and was waiting for me to pay her. I said the money is there. She then under her breath uttered a sound. I asked her if she was having a bad day. I then left.
