  This is typically my go to location and I regularly have a good experience here, but tonight was a different story. I ordered through the drive-through and even had a pleasant conversation with an employee there about motorcycles (since I was one). I have done this on motorcycle many times already with no issue, but this time around a car got too close to me after I ordered, so I decided to pull off to the side as to not block the drive-through lanes but also still wait for my meal in a safer place. What I’m assuming is a manager, (a person dressed in gray outfit) came out front and asked if I was waiting for something in particular. When I explained my situation they sarcastically remarked that this is why motorcycles are not allowed through the drive-through typically, and that I needed to move my bike as it was in a walkway, which is completely understandable. What I don’t like is the sarcasm that was brought to the conversation, and the laughing at me to coworkers upon returning in the building, which was plainly obvious to see. I felt personally disrespected, but held my tongue as I didn’t wanna cause a scene for no reason. I left to home and upon arriving, I realized that I had not received one of my sandwiches from the two Chick-fil-A deluxe combos that I ordered. Food is expensive and I was feeding somebody else outside of myself, so I had to return and claim the sandwich. Again, the drive-through staff was really nice and helpful and I got the sandwich without a problem. I just wish I didn’t have to run circles at all. I’m not holding a grudge against said individual in gray, but they need to do better and be more aware of how their actions are perceived. Even if this wasn’t the intention, it was the outcome.

  To no fault of their own, not a big fan of their mass produced food. My kids love it though and it is a better option than other fast food chains. The service is top notch and friendly.
