  I recently ordered the Shrimp Scampi Linguine for takeout. Unfortunately, the meal was packaged in an aluminum container placed inside a very flimsy plastic bag, which resulted in oil leaking through the bottom of the bag. By the time I arrived home, the bag had become quite greasy, leaving oil on my floor and on any surface where I set it down. What disappointed me most, however, was the response when I brought the issue to the manager’s attention. I did not feel that my concern was taken seriously, nor was there much acknowledgment or apology for the inconvenience. While I understand that packaging issues can happen occasionally, I was dissatisfied both with the way the food was packaged and with how my concerns were addressed afterward.

  😍Had a great Mothers Day dinner tonight. Our bartender Angel was very helpful in finding a drink I like. She recommended a Garden Villa Spritz it was very good light and sweet 😋 our server Victoria was very helpful and patient with our ordering since we had a large party. And checked on us regularly. We all enjoyed our food as well as the kids 😍

  I came with my family for Mother’s Day & was serviced by Victoria & Angel & WOWWWWW they were amazing! Everything came so quick even when they were so busy!!

  I came back to Buca di Beppo for the first time in a while, and it was still just as good as I remembered. In my opinion, the prices seemed a little higher than before, but everything else felt the same in a comforting way, which made the experience enjoyable. For appetizers, we had the calamari, and it was delicious as always. For the main dishes, we ordered the Caesar salad and spaghetti with meatballs. Both were very good and the kind of familiar flavor everyone knows and enjoys. Most importantly, our server Jack was incredibly kind and friendly. His service made the whole experience even better. Everything tasted better, the atmosphere felt more enjoyable, and even the friend I went with loved it. If I could receive service like this every time, I’d honestly want to come back every week.

  Prepaid for the pope room. It was given to someone else, but they had them move and set it up for us. Mistakes happen no big deal. We prepaid for my son’s second birthday. They knew. We heard them sing happy birthday for a few other parties but they threw some slices of cake in front of us and no acknowledgement for my sons birthday at all. Reserved for 430 and didn’t start eating until almost an hour later. Had to go look for someone to get something at least for my son. Wasn’t thrilled at all. Go to the universal location.
