  I greeted the girl behind the counter with red hair. She wasn’t friendly and I felt as if I was bothering her coming in for my coffee. As I picked up my iced latte the guy who made it was also very not receptive as I said thank you. I was the one being friendly as supposed to them providing friendly service. No smile or greeting from them. I went to the Pasadena location.

  I was disappointed with my visit to Alfred Coffee at this location. The service wasn’t welcoming, and the coffee didn’t meet the quality I’ve come to expect from other Alfred locations. I’ve had much better experiences elsewhere, so this visit was a letdown. I hope they improve both the customer service and the consistency of their coffee.

  I always come in here for a tasty pick me up. The vibe inside is enough and I usually get the vanilla latte with cloud cream! Shout out to the girl with the purple hat for making my day better (:

  On my first visit to Alfred Coffee, I wasn’t sure what to order, so I asked the barista at the register for a recommendation. She suggested the World Famous Vanilla Latte, and it was absolutely delicious! I’ve been hooked ever since. Even though the shop is always busy, every team member I’ve encountered has been friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. The service is consistently top-notch, and the positive energy makes every visit enjoyable. Great coffee, great people, and a great experience every time. Highly recommend!
