I kindly let them know that I was not enjoying the burger and the young girl was so nice and had it replaced. She even took it out to my car which was soo nice of her. Once I got the 2nd burger it was the same cold patty that's been sitting there. You can taste a fresh burger compared to an old patty that has been sitting there. I was upset and didnt want to go back again and complain. Its not okay for the cook to have given a paying customer an old cold meat, twice! That's disrespectful. The burger was not enjoyable but I do appreciate the customer service.
