  Too bad, last time I use this location, asked for a couple of Mexican salsas, the kid on the counter looks under," I dont know if we can give any?" I said ok, he says" let me ask", I hear "tell him we don't have any" obviously they have it, he saw them under the counter, Well I think the franchise owner is too cheap or the supervisor wants to loose customers... Either way I'm not coming back to this location.

  I don’t make harsh reviews lightly, but this may be the worst damn McDonald’s I have ever been to. I have been here multiple times to give them more chances as it’s close to my work, and I’ve had an issue (particularly with breakfast) almost every. single. time. There is a reason why so many reviews are terrible at this one- whoever owns this one has no idea what they’re doing or how to run a business. I paid my money to get breakfast there BEFORE the cutoff time and clicked that I was there so that my food would be already made and ready to go when I got there. When I pulled up to speaker they told me that they couldn’t process my order because it was past the cutoff time EVEN THOUGH IT WAS PAID FOR BEFORE THEN. They had 3 different employees come to tell me the same thing until the manager finally told me that I had to cancel myself to get my money back because they had “no more breakfast,” although I had gotten to the speaker within 10 mins after the cutoff time. All this tells me is that they don’t want my business, don’t care about customers, and frankly they don’t care about wasting my time driving there. What the hell is the point of being able to order up until 11 on the app if you can’t actually get your food when you drive all the way there? Also, why would they have an “I’m already here” button if the food is never actually going to be ready when you get there? This has happened so many times as well. I want my food to be READY FOR PICKUP but I get there and this one is so slow- they take another 10-15 mins after I get there to give me my food so there’s really no point in ordering ahead. I never want to come back to this store again and honestly am hesitant to go to any McDonald’s again with how stingy they’ve become around breakfast food. It’s such a ridiculous change. I know plenty of people who would visit more often if breakfast was around the clock again. Terrible service

  Not too happy that the online menu for this store doesn't have the same deals that are advertised on the menu at the store so you are not able to order the 2 for 6 Sausage McMuffin with Egg sandwichs in the app. Then they won't change your order to be able to get a better deal after it's already been placed in the app.

  Since I was in the area this morning, I came to this McDonald's to get a snack. I was going to go inside to place my order because I saw the drive thru line was busy but they don't open indoor dining until later in the day. I had to go place my order through the drive thru. I give them my code to get the points and then ordered hash brown and a coke. This McDonald's has one way entrance from Van Nuys so if you come through the small street, it will be harder to get into the drive thru especially on a busy day. They had my order ready by the time I got to the pickup window. My hash brown was fine and my coke was made the way I asked it, with light ice. This location also does not charge for bag so that's a plus.
