The attendant, in a rude manner, straight up said "we're out of chicken".......at el POLLO loco? If she didn't want to work I get that but to say you're out of chicken at a literal chicken spot without offering any alternatives is ridiculous. I have been coming here for years and I am severely disappointed at this location.

I went at 9:30 p.m., and despite closing at 11:00 p.m. according to Google, they had almost nothing available. On top of that, the drive-thru employees consistently have bad attitudes. Save yourself the frustration and go to another location

I'm not sure if utensils and napkins are mandatory when a customer ordered salad and other stuff that requires utensils but at least, it require common sense! This is the only location close to my job. Every time I order at the drive thru and ask for utensils, they look at me and act like they're doing me a favor. Like I'm asking for gold. There were plenty of times during lunch time where it didn't have no fork. I get to work and pissed, thinking how in hell I'm going to eat this? So not unless you're used to eating salads, etc with your hands, then don't come to this location. Often times, your rice is still raw/hard!
