  Nobody who is paying $20 for a serving of fries is going to be bothered if the menu price is $20.80, but they might be not appreciate the dishonesty of an arbitrary 4% fee added on after the fact. While this is becoming an increasingly fashionable way to raise prices, respectable businesses still show their customers the true price directly.

  I would like to share my gratitude about Ms. Kim. Beyond an amazing host. Geeeted and took care of us like her family. 10/10 for Ms. Kim! Will be back because of her!!!

  TL;DR great spot for a really special date night or girls’ night. RH met our party's expectations for being one of the most beautiful restaurants in the bay area. If you absolutely in love with what you see in the pictures, RH is worth a visit at least once. First, our server named Conner was amazing! If you want the full RH experience, just know the furniture gallery closes at 7pm. Staircases will close and you can only enter the rooftop via elevator. Reservation: we wanted to book a table for 8 for Sun. dinner. Due to lack of avail, made 2 bookings for 1 table for 4 people at 8pm. Arrived 740 to enjoy the terrace (checked in atp). Our reservation was 8pm. they were able to accommodate us so our two tables became 1. We sat down 810, no issue because we understand they had to make space for 8 people together. Terrace: left and right terrace, each terrace has 6 booths and 2 booths have fire pits. Vibes: love that we were seated the farthest back from the kitchen. This gave us a full view of the restaurant. noisy, but no problem hearing people in my party speak. layout feels intentional. Maximized the number of tables without sacrificing intimacy with your party. Glad we couldn’t hear what people were saying at other tables. It can be quite the mood killer when youre dining at a nicer establishment and your table is so close to the next party that you can hear everything being said. upscale but you can definitely show up in casual attire or as dressed up as you like. I feel like there’s probably always a full house. If you want a quieter vibe, the 8pm reservation is good because the masses are gone. They have mocktails if you are going non-alc. Apps: ordered four. The most loved app for our table was the truffles fries. Second fave, crispy artichoke. I've never had artichokes this way and I really loved it, I recommend! Ranked third, sweet potato fries were just ok because it wasn't as crispy as we wished but I get that sweet potatoes fry up differently than a regular potato. Probably skippable. The prosciutto board ($26) was underwhelming but I cant say we were duped because it really just is what it says in the description. The bread on the board was the same as the complimentary bread they give you served with grapes, ~8 slices of prosciutto, and crumbles of cheese. Certainly not bad in any way but underwhelming. Skip on the prosciutto board Condiments: Not bad but left room to be desired for more options. There was really only ketchup and garlic aioli. There was a third sauce that came with the apps that pretty much tasted like the aoli. Would have loved to see artichokes served with a different condiment. I don't think the heaviness of the garlic and rosemary aioli brought out the best in the crispy artichokes. FOOD: My entre was the Chilean sea bass. Wow, probably the best piece of cooked fish I've had to date. Cooked to perfection. Thick cut. Incredible crust. Oily but still light. Perfectly balanced with the grilled lemon. I had some of my friend’s half grilled chicken. While it was good, it’s still just grilled chicken. Overall, the entrees here are simple but certainly hits all the marks it needs to hit. For the sea bass being valued at $54, I wished there at least another veggie on the plate because it was just the fish, the mashed potatoes, and the wedge of grilled lemon. plating was so miserably plain for such a decorated interior Dessert: brûlée banana ice cream, get it it’s good. We all enjoyed it. The cookies— great cookie but too much salt on top Conclusion, if you want to show someone a good time like for example an anniversary, birthday, or a celebration I think RH is a reliable choice. In blunt words, our party will remember dining at RH because of the interior and fond experience of celebrating our dear friend’s birthday but we will likely not remember the food. If we evaluate the food alone, your dollar would definitely go farther at another restaurant. Our party agreed, we would come back here for drinks on the terrace. It was worth it for us to drive 20 mi for this

  8 of us were there Sunday for lunch. Can't believe this "upscale" restaurant can serve up plates of food with absolutely no garish!! Lobster roll is just a lobster roll. Same with the shaved ribeye sandwich. Even In&Out burger joint have better presentation of their food. I read older reviews and same comment! Never improve. Will never return!!!

  I came to try it out a second time and the service has stepped up!! I congratulate them on there efforts. The only thing I didn’t like was there high priced meals 125 for a small steak… but overall everything was great
