  Greetings RH management team, I would like to thank your ADL Mr. Christian for going out of his way to help me with the arrangements needed, I had an important business brunch meeting and needed a more quiet spot so we could speak during the brunch, Christian made that happen quickly and checked on us couple of times to make sure everything was A Ok ....I truly appreciate his attention to the details and helping us. He was a true professional that made our experience at RH amazing. Thanks Christin ....

  It's actually really cool to have this dining option on Restoration Hardware now it has moved from University Ave to the shopping center. Once you go into RH, head to the elevator to the right and go straight to 3rd floor. The vibe of the restaurant reminds of Eataly in Santana Row. The space is spacious and very good light due to the windows especially during the lunchtime. Service is really good and should be for the price. Food is decent and for certain things such as lobster roll, it's not as expensive as you'd think but most menu items are high price high margin items which I can understand. I do think the price is high if we are strictly talking about food but given the venue, vibe and service I can understand. Food unfortunately is so so and the portion is too small for myself (lobster roll) but as I said, it is what it is. It's a good spot for casual (but fancy casual) gathering for a date or with friends. Do note that if you are going for the full 3 course meal, it would cost just as much as a good steakhouse. The menu reminds me of The Sea (Alexander's) with slightly more focus on seafood than meat (but there are some meat dish). I normally only rate for food but the venue is nice enough I'll give it 4 stars.

  RH Palo Alto was absolutely phenomenal from beginning to end. This was easily one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. The ambiance alone is breathtaking. The restaurant is absolutely beautiful, elegant, and luxurious without feeling uncomfortable or overly stuffy. It’s the kind of place where you walk in and immediately know you’re about to have an EXPERIENCE. The service was impeccable. Everyone was attentive, welcoming, professional, and made the entire evening feel special. The food was just as impressive. This was actually my first time trying caviar, and the lobster and caviar roll completely sold me. It literally melted in my mouth. I’m still thinking about it! The fish was cooked beautifully, the lamb chops were incredible, and every single thing we ordered was delicious. And the drinks?! Exquisite. Beautifully made, perfectly balanced, and matched the entire experience. There genuinely wasn’t one disappointing part of our visit. Service: 10/10 Ambiance: 10/10 Food: 10/10 Drinks: 10/10 Overall experience: 10/10 RH Palo Alto absolutely exceeded my expectations. From the gorgeous setting and exceptional service to the food and cocktails, everything felt elevated and intentional. Even the WATER was good and when you leave a restaurant talking about the water, you know they did something right. 😂 I will absolutely be returning. If you’re looking for somewhere beautiful for a date night, birthday, celebration, or just want to treat yourself to an incredible dining experience, RH Palo Alto is worth it. Top-tier across the board.

  The Maps AI overview summarizing praise for the restaurant’s truffle fries and chocolate chip cookies of ALL the foods is so telling 😂 I found the food here to be mediocre. Staff friendliness is hit or miss. Service is slow. I know RH is a chain but I’m going to assume the high menu prices if you decide to eat here can be attributed to really just eating at one of the highest possible restaurant viewpoints in the Stanford area, so if you do decide to try it I recommend doing so brunch hours.

  It was really worth the experience. The service was elite with a staff that was accommodating to our needs as a family and other families that were there for an early dinner. The atmosphere is beautiful. Anywhere you look it was pleasant on the eyes. I recommend coming here when the sun is out or setting to get a full feel of the natural lighting and glass roof. The food was really good. The dessert was an experience in itself. I recommend the banana split
