- ALAT LeeJul 16, 20263.0I ordered online and got smoothies with the usual small, icy fruit bits that most Jamba locations give you. The employee helped me right away and the order was already ready when I got there. But they didn't have it in a bag like I requested (easier with little ones in tow), and I had to ask for a tray to put the drinks in. Hope I wasn't charged extra for that bag. Was lucky to find parking nearby in that chaotic shopping center. Perfect items to help my family survive the heat wave. Everything was going great until... I tasted what seemed like a non-edible, hard bit (photo) in my drink (?) 😱 Not sure what these things are but they should do a better job of examining their product before giving it to customers. Potential choking hazard.

This is outrageous and terrible service. They have a bunch of what looks to be high schoolers working and all they do is just give attitude back instead of helping.
