  Well executed menu and skilled service. But there's much more memorable experiences once you get up to around $200/seat, and it places where you don't have in the back of your mind that you're in a shopping mall.

  It took over an hour to get our main course, my medium rare, $100 steak was cold in the middle. It took 15 minutes to even get a glass of water

  Had an incredible experience at Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar during their monthly pairing dinner and this one absolutely delivered. The pairing menu featuring Basil Hayden was thoughtfully curated from start to finish. Each course complemented the whiskey in a way that elevated both the food and the drink, without overpowering either. You can tell real attention went into the balance. The highlight of the night was the Australian Wagyu steak perfectly cooked, incredibly tender, and packed with rich flavor. It paired beautifully with the bourbon, bringing out subtle notes you wouldn’t notice on their own. Service was spot on attentive without being intrusive and the pacing of the dinner made it feel like a true experience, not just a meal. If you’re even slightly into whiskey or high-quality steak, these monthly pairing dinners are absolutely worth it. We’ll definitely be back for the next one

  I took my brothers here for a very nice whiskey and dinner experience last Friday and it did not disappoint for a second. Rudee and the rest of the incredible staff at Flemings in Palo Alto went above and beyond to create a wonderful and fun atmosphere for everybody. Everything from the food to the cocktails was amazing. I am not a big whiskey drinker but the basil hayden whiskey is very good. The Australian wagyu strip was one of the best steaks I’ve ever had.

  The food was 10/10 we absolutely loved it and wish there was a way to personally thank the cooks because everything was delicious! This isn’t our first time dining here, and we usually have great experience. Sadly, this weekend we felt very rushed by the server and we didn’t get a courteous check in on how things were but he was pushy on adding things while we ate. The service we received wasn’t at all at the level we usually receive, especially while celebrating a birthday. We want to give a big thank you to Alex for offering himself to take photos as we were walking out. We appreciated his genuine gesture and would love to see him and have him serve us next time.
