- JJJohn Jackson4 days ago1.0Why does this Chipotle location not have any ingredients?! All the other Chipotles in the Bay Area have ingredients ready except for this location. I will not return to this Chipotle again unless they make some serious and proper changes to the restaurant.
- NLNicholas LarsenMay 13, 20262.0This place is in a constant and almost comical state of disrepair. There is almost always something broken that affects your order. One week, it’s the soda fountain, now it’s the ice machine. A month ago they didn’t have tortillas. Today, there’s no meat except chicken. The staff is alright, although tight on portions and short with customers.

My prior order, the lady serving had a bad attitude and gave me half a scoop of chicken; I didn’t even bother complaining. This time, the worker didn’t understand and then got flustered when I asked for the cilantro cream on the side. Best part is when I got home, I saw a bug in my burrito bowl. Unfortunately I was part way done eating. Had to throw the rest away. Will be going to other chipotles in the Palo a lot area from now on.

Asked if they can make it on the spot, said yes and made me wait for another 30 minutes. I ended just walked away because I wasted 1 hour 30 minutes of waiting and they seem unbothered, went up to them a few times no one cares. Mind you, this is a Stamford Shopping Center branch, worse experience/service I got at this mall
