  This location consistently has slower service, lower quality food, and just a dirty atmosphere. Go to the chipotle on El Camino instead.

  I payed extra for more steak. Ended up being $20. I got a burrito with more rice and beans than actual steak. The food was good, BUT COLD. Order said it was ready, showed the cashier and she looked over her job. No movement at all. Didn't recieve our food untill 10min after it said it was ready. I won't be coming here again. Hopefully Chipotle does something about this. ( look at the picture, does that day any EXTRA steak? if im wrong ill delete this)

  Passed by this Chipotle on our way home to the Central Valley and OMG, this is the first and last time I come to this Chipotle restaurant. Staff was nice but the place looked like a mess. The place was not clean at all. The tables and floor looked dirty. The trash bins were full and gross. I asked to use the restroom and it shows nobody pays attention to the place. The restoom was dirty, vomit appeared to be on the floor and to make things worse, there was no soap or hand sanitizer. I went back to my table unsure if I wanted to continue eating. Worst experience! The Chipotle in Hanford, CA is 10000x better. I'm glad that's my chipotle. I don't understand how this Chipotle is even located here? Just 2 stores down there's this clean and wonderful ice cream shop. If they don't get their act together, I can see this place relocating or worse, being replaced.

  I eat at Chipotle a lot. This location is closest to my work. I’ve been to this location several times now. It’s one of the most poorly managed locations IMO. Almost every time I come, there is some problem, I.e. broken drink machine, out of ice, no large drink cups, no steak, etc., and these problems are not for just one day—I’ve come back a week later only to find the same issue from my previous visit. I waited a couple of months since my last visit, and today again no iced tea. Not coming back.

  I’ve probably been to 50+ different Chipotles and this is the worst one I’ve ever been to. Consistently. Which is a shame because it is a great location. They’re out of one or more basic ingredients (rice, sour cream, beans, cheese) nearly every single time I go. Soda machine is really hit or miss and the specialty drinks are almost always empty and look nasty. The tables are covered with trash and no one ever seems to empty the garbage. The floors have trash on them. There was even trash right outside today (and only outside of Chipotle - looked nice in front of everything else). Employees are really hit or miss as well. A few nice ones. You are almost always waiting for someone to dish up your food. Really wish corporate would take control and get this Chipotle feeling nice and pleasant. They certainly pay enough in rent that it’d be worth it. I don’t understand how 90%+ of the Chipotles I’ve visited more than once typically feel clean and nice and this one CONSISTENTLY feels dirty and nasty (as well as the problems I stated above). And I LOVE Chipotle - I just wish someone would fix this one 😭.
