  This Chipotle is really poorly run. The portions tonight from my mobile order were pathetic. I've had several issues at this store I just can't order from there anymore. The Chipotle in Mt. View, off El Monte and El Camino, is really good. This is uncalled for.

  Visited on 9/30 around noon. I ordered a steak bowl and watched the employee serve what was clearly about half a scoop of steak. When I pointed it out, she insisted it was a full portion. An older employee then stepped in, backed her up, and told me that if I wanted more, I'd be charged for a double portion. I'm not asking for extra. I just expected the standard portion I paid for. Being told I'd have to pay double to get a normal amount felt dismissive, and neither employee made any effort to resolve it. The food itself is fine, which is the only reason this isn't one star. But the portioning and the way the concern was handled were disappointing. I'd think twice before coming back to this location.

  This is the worst commercial establishment that has ever existed. They are out of control. They need to go down. I had to wait over 25 minutes AFTER my scheduled pick-up time. Don't tell me a pick-up time to just waste my time. This is typical of this establishment. Anytime of my friends goes here, I hear another story of how poorly they treat their customers.

  I'm very upset after going to the Stanford Chipotle. It has nothing to do with the food in fact the man that prepared my bowl did a wonderful job. I am particularly bothered by the way I was treated at check out. After I paid, the women at the register had to audacity to ask me how old I was. I told her my age clearly annoyed and she then preceeded to laugh a little then tell me that she thought I looked a differnet age. I am short and look a little younger for my age but I am an adult and to be told I look like the age of a middle schooler is incredibly rude. Employees should know that it is inappropriate to ask a stranger’s age and then make fun of their appearance.
