- RVRachel Villalobos5 days ago1.0Disrespectful. Annoyed at me for being a customer. Persons with food handling gloves was putting cash in the butt pocket of the person assembling my burrito. She didn’t change gloves after… and my burrito was so soggy it was disgusting. Chips were so stale the hurt my teeth. Not coming back

Situation is that we asked for arranging soft tacos in a bowl to avoid damage during transportation. We have always requested this for years (yes!) with no problem, but this manager would not allow. I mentioned I am willing to pay a bit extra and even comply with chipotle policy, but as it is, she would not talk about why. I do not have this experience with other manager at this location or at any other location for that matter. It also seemed like the place is run like a “dictator” rather than allowing for employees to make the best judgment for customer service. I would really like for chipotle to take some action - either replacing the manager, training g the manager on customer service or making policies clear.

Had four people with us, everytime they put rice it was the smallest portion I’ve ever seen. I didn’t realize till I realized that I finished it in less than 10 minutes, which I never do. Chicken was bland and kind of disgusting. The worst part was when we tried to use points to get our free entrees, they said we couldn’t use it, while being really rude. We realized later that my friend who scanned it lost three free entrees points, so we got scammed. The workers were extremely rude about it and had 0 politeness in them, even when asking simple questions.

Baffled on 2 fronts they could eye out 4 oz, and then the fact they told the customer no. I am loyal to chipotle, and NEVER am one of those people who get a single portion and ask for more. I paid 30+ bucks on this order and got nickel and dimed. Should’ve went to Ruth’s Chris. I will not be back here. Hope they are making profits at this location with that skill of eyeing out portions down to the oz.
