There were a million people waiting for online orders and nothing was coming out, so much that they started clapping when the first person finally got their order. After we had finally ordered, we waited another 20 minutes to pay, everyone’s food was just sitting there getting cold and the lady who was supposed to be checking people out was missing and hiding in the back room? There were only knives as utensils, all the tables were dirty with food scraps. It’s ridiculous, like this chipotle is being staffed by a circus.

She scolded us, insisted that the error was our fault, and refused to rectify the mistake. When we subsequently requested a full refund due to her refusal to remake the meal, she declined to provide a refund. Given this extremely poor and hostile customer service, we will no longer be patronizing your location. Employees with such unprofessional attitudes should not represent your establishment, and I strongly encourage management to take appropriate disciplinary action to prevent future customers from experiencing similar mistreatment because from the previous reviews this seems like an ongoing problem.
