  Always a bad experience here. I thought I’d swing by since I had a reward in hopes the experience would be neutral. All was well until some “manager” said charge his kids meal for extra guac. But the I got cheese and the guac is the protein in the side. So I contested because I’ve never paid extra for the protein that’s included. I was met with confusion and hostile eyes from the woman claiming to be manager. Than she called the real manager who’s not available, so they try to fix the problem they created and I scan my reward and am ensured it was scanned. Of coarse when I check I’m charged for the meal and the queso. So I go back in and they don’t offer anything to make it right so I get a refund and return the food. It’s always an issue here and this was the last straw for me, I came to get food not justify paying the correct price. Never coming back. Not to Mention they were spraying misted spray on the glass with the food there, likely glass cleaner. I should have took a picture

  This was such a good place and the service was great! An employee even helped carry items to my table. I will be returning!

  Show me another place in Silicon Valley where I can get a healthy, tasty, and filling meal for $10.50 plus tax? This is best option for healthy budget meals.

  Employees are frequently short or impolite to guests and rush you even with no line. Portion size depends wholly on your server; you will be told it is "always that much" even if the previous burrito has half or twice as much protein.

  This is by far the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to! I usually love Chipotle, so I stopped by around 10 PM for a late meal since they don’t close until 11 PM. I understand they were busy with a lot of online orders, but that doesn’t excuse the way they treated customers. The employees were extremely rude, not only to me but also to the customers ahead of me. We waited more than 25 minutes, and whenever anyone asked a question, they were met with a disrespectful attitude. To make matters worse, some of the employees were talking negatively about customers in Spanish, apparently assuming nobody would understand them. Unfortunately for them, I speak Spanish and understood everything they were saying. The customer service was terrible, and the food quality wasn’t any better. I’ve been to many other Chipotle locations that provide much better service and food. I would strongly recommend avoiding this location and going to a different Chipotle instead.
