- VMVignesh M4 days ago2.0Portion sizes and the quality of food is so much worse compared to the other Chipotles. To make matters worse, parking situation is not the best and it's not easy to find parking. I have tried here multiple times and have given up eating at Chipotle because of this location having same issues multiple times. They obviously don't care because they receive a lot of foot traffic nevertheless and have no incentive to improve.

- AWAayush WadehraMay 11, 20261.0Don’t bother. Extremely rude serving staff- if you ask them for extra anything (even the free stuff) they look at you like you’ve just asked for both their kidneys. I could literally see the bottom of my bowl still after she dropped 2 pieces (I’m not kidding, literally 2 pieces of chicken in my bowl). I looked at her incredulously, and asked her to put the correct amount. She looks at me, and blankly says “that’s the portion size, if you want more it’ll be extra”. I’ve literally never had a good experience here- and there are so many better places to eat on cal ave. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY PLEASE!
- ELEmily LopezApr 14, 20261.0My kids and I have been going to this branch once week for the last few months and consistently there is one employee who provides service with a bad attitude and managed to get at least one order incorrect each time. Even when asked nicely she is able to provide not much more than an annoyed glance or eye roll. If my kids didn't like the food so much we wouldn't have continued to go so regularly but I think we are officially done. There is only so many times someone can get bad service from the same employee over and over and not do something about it. Wish I had asked her name the last time we were there. Pick another location to go to if you can.
