  Long lines with only 1 or 2 open cashier's Very nice customer service like Ray however they are way too slow. Shouldn't spend 10-15 mins in a line being rung up with only 2 people in it Consistently terrible line lengths and the cashier's act like they are sleeping or just in robot mode. Please do better Either train cashiers better to be faster and more efficient or open up more lines/hire more workers

  I recently had to use Western Union. I haven't used Western Union a couple decades so I wasn't sure on how to accomplish my task at hand. Luckily there was a lovely lady named Marina who went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of + monies were sent to the correct entities. If Marina was not there to give me a hand I would have been totally lost. I've never used this Von's Western Union before. Now that I understand how to use it and knowing that Marina is there most of the time to help out, I will definitely be using it again. This store is always very helpful and well stocked. I have to drive a little distance to use Vons, I have no problem driving a couple extra miles for the cleanliness + friendliness of the staff here. I definitely will make this my everyday store. Thank you all at this at rancho Vista. Vons for for doing such a great job balls to the walls.

  Staff is nice but security measures are off the chart it is terrible to get in and out of the store because the stupid gates they put up that are pointless. My disabled mother couldn’t get out or in because the gates are so ridiculous they are not meant for entry or exit yet they are in the way of both the doors. This is ridiculous. Never coming back because of this nor will my family. Forgot to add the gate HIT ME trying to come in

  Lived in this neighborhood for 20 years. Unfortunately there is a clear decline in service here. OG employees are great but newer employees are much less helpful. Lines are horrible, online ordering is a mess (avoid). And prices… might as well go up the street to Walmart. Faster, cheaper… sad to say. I had to help an old lady at self checkout today while the clerk stood at the desk. She said, thank you..That employee was not helpful and very rude. 🤦🏻 disappointed
