We went to the drive thru to place an order for my daughter that can’t have dairy and we ordered a few other items. We ordered a black bean crunch wrap and said “make it fresco” meaning it’s supposed to remove the sour cream and cheese, the guy on the speaker could not seem to understand according to the receipt his name is Fernando so we repeated a few times and finally just said “no cheese no dairy” we get to the window and we clarify and he responds a bit annoyed saying yeah he got that. Gives us our bags without a word so we take off and there is no wrap in the bag, they were not busy so we pull around the drive thru one more time and he hands us our wrap. We start to drive away but I make sure they got it right and nope there is cheese in it. I decide to walk inside and let them know the issue and ask to have it remade someone hands the receipt to someone else that’s on the line making food and we stand there waiting for a long time, finally he tosses it to another young lady and says “here remake this” and she does she was super nice and friendly so I’m a bit upset so I ask her who is her manager so I can speak to him and it turns out he was the guy that tossed her the receipt she said he’s the GM and his name is Luis. Well Luis as a manager is very unprofessional I’m not a fast food professional but I don’t feel that wasn’t handled correctly. If someone with a dairy allergy had biten into that wrap before they checked it Taco Bell would’ve had a lawsuit.

Ordered the new veggie Mexican pizza. They send a chicken Mexican pizza. Re-order, they send another one with chicken. Go to the restaurant, they remake it, and leave out the cabbage. These employees cannot get it together, or, they just don't care. Everytime we order from here, something is wrong. Everytime I go through the drive-thru, they're rude, sometimes don't even speak to you. I don't know why I continue to waste my money here, probably because it's close by and I hope they will get it right next time.
Busy drive through, went inside, took a while to get help at the counter.

5 starts to everyone, except the guy that argued with me for 5 minutes because he wanted to be right so badly. It’s a quesadilla I don’t care if it was on top of the other god damn quesadilla I just wanted the right ingredients 🤷🏻♀️

customer service was terrible. girl with the long nails held the drink in front of me to grab but then yanked it back while i was grabbing my money and didn’t give it until i handed over the cash. really rude. and tacos and fries were both stale and old. been consistently the worst location in the AV.
