  I love this store everyone is so nice and kind for many years I ‘ve been coming to the store with no problems. Everything so good and fresh. Great customer service till not to long ago. Last week I went to buy meat and some women named Karen in the meat cutting section out of the no where started talking bad about me in front of me while she asked what I want from the meat section with another co- worker thinking I didn’t understand Spanish but I do speak and understand it well. She started giggling to him but her co- worker just listened and just said to her you really think so? She replied yes I believe so. I didn’t say anything to her to be honest because I had a long day and I just wanted to get home but it’s sad how some people don’t show any respect now in days.

  I was excited to try this store, but my phone got stolen while I was shopping. I went to the managers to ask for help and they said "we are on a conference call". They proceeded to make me wait and after 15 minutes I asked a clerk "How long will this take"? She said about an hour. So, I went back to the office and asked if we could check the cameras- hoping to see something before the perpetrator had time to leave the store. They said "you can wait". Quite literally, couldn't care less for my situation. As if regional managers wouldn't understand helping out a customer. Called back 2 days later- same attitude. Same "I don't know what to tell you", "We don't know what time you came in", and long silences indicating "Bro, I don't care". Now, I'm down $1,000, multiple files I can't recover, contacts, years of data, locked out of multiple accounts and had to change my card because they couldn't spare 10 minutes to look at the cameras. I was't asking them to fix my problem, just help me get some clarity to the situation. Never shopping on the east side of Palmdale blvd again.
