  Please just give people the sauce they order with their food. I shouldn’t have to call three times from the stall while the rest of my food sits in my car getting cold. It shouldn’t take twenty minutes to correct. Why does this happen every time..?

  I took a bite out of my chicken sandwhich had to spite it out.Stale bread the chicken looks horrible tasted old. Few of the lettuce was brown

  Scammed by the malfunctioning kiosk. On July 11 I brought my kids and I ordered our meals ($22 and some change) at kiosk station 21 on the patio. After I swiped my card, it misreported the total as $17.56, and I declined the "is this correct?" prompt. The bellhop brought the food out and as I expected, told me the $22 total still needed to be paid. Not wanting to mess with electronic payments, I paid her $25 cash and said keep the change. Unfortunately she disposed of my receipt and I regret I did not chase her for it. It was very windy and I was more concerned about keeping food from blowing away as I passed it out to my kids. A few days later the $17.56 charge appeared on my statement. I may have paid for someone else's order in addition to mine. I called this Sonic store twice and Sonic Corporate customer service 3 times, but neither offers refunds or any way to make this right. I end up having to cancel my credit card to get rid of the charge. One employee at Sonic told me on the phone she is aware of the malfunctioning kiosk, but another told me it has always worked. I can attest it wasn't working on July 11, and it should be covered with an "out of order" sign until it gets fixed, so others don't unwittingly pay extra "donations" to Sonic.
