Why is it the 2nd time I’ve been to this McDonald at 11:30pm and no worker in site to take my order even though the drive through hours say it’s open until 12 AM! No worker in site!

The drive thru took too long, they served the wrong mobile order and tried to hand us the wrong order. After we repeated the code for the 5th time they finally served it and started working on the order. The fries were clearly redipped since we asked for no salt. The triple cheese was supposed to be plain no salt, the burger had everything minus salt and onion. The macchiato as well as the Powerade were also extremely watered down. Waited 40 minutes for the wrong order and watered down drinks, bad service. Definitely the worse Mcdonald’s I’ve ever been.

⭐ 1 Star — Absolutely Unacceptable Service! This is beyond ridiculous! I placed my order 27 minutes ago, and I am STILL standing in line waiting for my food. The line at the counter is literally stretching out the door, and some customers have reportedly been waiting 45 minutes or longer just to receive their orders. What makes this experience even worse is the complete lack of customer service. Customers are understandably frustrated and voicing their concerns, yet employees appear to be completely ignoring them. There is no communication, no explanation for the delays, and absolutely no sense of urgency. I understand that restaurants get busy and that staffing challenges happen. However, being busy is not an excuse for poor customer service, a lack of communication, or completely disregarding paying customers. At some point, management needs to step in, take accountability, and address what is clearly an operational failure. Fast food should not mean waiting nearly an hour while being treated as though your time and money don’t matter. Extremely disappointing, unprofessional, and unacceptable. This location needs serious improvement in both its management and customer service.
