- EEEva E.Jul 27, 20261.0I am writing this to share a critical public health concern regarding an order I placed on July 26, 2026. I submitted the order at 11:40 a.m., and the food was delivered to my home at 12:15 p.m. As shown in the attached photos, the cheeseburger served to me contained severe quality and safety issues: the ground beef patties were completely undercooked and raw inside, and the lettuce was brownish, soggy, and wilted. By that late evening, I developed severe symptoms that required an emergency room visit, where clinical staff officially confirmed a diagnosis of a foodborne illness. My symptoms persisted for three full days after the evening of July 26, 2026 until the evening of July 29, 2026. When I called to notify the restaurant, the manager refused to provide her name, was highly argumentative, and dismissed my feedback entirely. Due to this response, I filed an official report with the Los Angeles County Department of Public Health. A health inspector visited this location on July 30, 2026, and confirmed multiple violations. I am awaiting the final written report, which will also be publicly viewable online. I strongly advise management to overhaul their food safety protocols, and I urge fellow consumers to look up this location's public health records before ordering.

The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.

Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
