  No me atendian por estar jugando y mi comida me la entregaron 15 minutos despues de averla servido ya toda fria. La mayoria de mesas estaban sucias y no tenian napkins en su compartimento. Todo estuvo pesimo

  I just went and was charged $49 for the wrong order after waiting over 10 minutes. That could’ve been prevented by the cashier repeating my order to me and total. Now I have to wait for a refund which is extremely inconvenient. They also gave me nothing for the inconvenience

  Says it's open at 930am, I'm on my lunch it's 947am and it's still closed. There's people in there but not letting customers in.

  A mi me gusta mucho pollo loco desafortunadamente no todos es igual 😡el lugar sucio los empleados nada que ver a lo mejor no tienen manager están puro jugando por eso no dieron las cosas Correctas se le fue a decir y de mal modo las tortillas tiesas el pollo medio crudo y ya no quieren atender en caja y las personas q no pueden utilizar la máquina tienen q estar rogando para q les ayuden la verdad un mal servicio 😡😡😡 hay que darles clases de atención al cliente .
