    I got off work late so I decided to stop by and get one for me and my sis, and I had a terrible headache so I couldn’t think straight, well when I was going to get the drink it accidentally slipped out of my hand but the lady there with blond locs was so kind enough to offer me a new one which I appreciate so so much, I just feel terrible now I couldn’t do more. 😭

    I came to this DutchBros location right after the vets office to get the family dog (Leilani) a final pup cup before she was put to sleep due to late stage kidney failure. When one of the ladies taking orders in the hot sun greeted me and asked what I'd like the tears came and she was so patient as I gathered myself. I was holding Leilani, since I was afraid she would pass away on the seat instead of in the arms of a family member. I picked her up from the breeder when I was 19, I am currently 35 and Leilani took her last breath at the ripe old age of 16. The baristas made her pup cup extra special and we all agreed that no one should ever leave this world without tasting chocolate. I am so grateful for their kindness and support after receiving such devastating news from the let's office. I just want to say thank you so much to all of the baristas that helped to lift me up. This is why I prefer driving to DutchBros because of the genuine interactions that make the most devastating and bad days a bit brighter.

    Special shout out to the team at this location! I was an idiot and ordered my birthday drink at another location and after going through the steps to cancel my order I got the “someone will get back to you in 24-48 hours” message. So I crossed my fingers and hoped that the Palmdale location would help me out. And sure enough, they assisted me! I explained to Jordan in the drive thru what happened and he helped me out. Everyone at the window was so nice that we both had a laugh when I explained what happened and overall the people there had a better attitude and approach unlike the Lancaster location. I appreciate the team who helped out and made my birthday a positive light after me making an error like I did today. I appreciate you all!
