  They dont clean their shrimp, both the fried and boiled shrimp has lots of poop very disgusted.

  Only thing missing was I ordered the Beignets with chocolate and there was no chocolate. Besides that the rest was great

  It took 10 minutes to be seated, and another 30 minutes just to be given our drinks. When we received our drinks, half of them were flat, so we requested new drinks. But, at that point, we just decided to leave overall because it took another 5+ of waiting and still no drinks OR food. When we went to let the front know we were leaving, another customer wanted to complain to the supervisor because they wait TWO HOURS to get their food, and it wasn’t even properly cooked.

  I am extremely disappointed with our experience here. We came in as a party of five. Three of us wanted the all-you-can-eat shrimp, while my daughter and nephew wanted the all-you-can-eat crab, which would have cost about $140 just for the two of them. We were then told that if those two ordered the all-you-can-eat crab, everyone at the table would be required to order the crab option. None of the other three of us wanted crab, so the only solution was to have our party split up and sit at separate tables. Then it got even more frustrating. The three of us ordering the all-you-can-eat shrimp were told that we all had to choose the exact same spice level/flavor because they bring the shrimp out together as one order. So even though each person is paying for their own all-you-can-eat meal, we apparently aren't allowed to choose how we want our own food prepared. That makes absolutely no sense to me. If I'm paying for my own meal, I shouldn't be told that I have to order a $70 crab meal simply because someone else at my table wants it. And if three people are each paying for an all-you-can-eat shrimp meal, each person should be able to choose the spice level they actually want. We came here expecting to enjoy a meal together as a family. Instead, we were told we had to split our party between different tables just to order what we wanted, and then were still told what we could and couldn't order. For an all-you-can-eat restaurant, there seem to be an awful lot of restrictions on what paying customers are actually allowed to eat. Very disappointing experience, and definitely not what I expected when bringing my family here.
