  I visited the newest Chipotle on Rancho Vista Blvd. in Palmdale around 10:00 PM on Friday, June 26, 2026, and from the moment I walked in, I was disappointed. The restaurant was dirty, with food all over the serving counters and prep area, making it look like no one had cleaned up in quite a while. The food quality was just as bad. There was red salsa mixed into the sour cream, which is unacceptable and shows a lack of attention to cleanliness and preventing cross-contamination. On top of that, every side I ordered came with extremely small portions, far less than what I’ve received at other Chipotle locations. My grandmother came into the same location on Opening Day and also complained about the same things but I wanted to try the new location for myself. Overall, the food didn’t taste fresh, the restaurant was messy, and the service didn’t match the quality I’d expect from a brand-new location. I left feeling like I wasted my money. I hope management addresses the cleanliness, food handling, and portion sizes, because this was a very disappointing first experience. And the food I ordered costed more than usual. Felt like I was all up-charged.

  People giving them 1 stars cause they weren’t open yet same thing happened to me a few weeks ago but…. first world problems, get over it! Now that they’ve been open, I have loved the politeness of the staff here, the food is great, super clean interior and love the drive through system… 5/5 totes coming back!

  I ordered online and paid extra for double meat. I received the smallest burrito I've ever had from chipotle, with no meat whatsoever. The drive thru pickup also had a very long wait time. It looked like they were having people wait at the window if their food wasn't ready yet, when they probably should've just had them pull around. Took around 20 minutes to get my food that had been ready the whole time. I did receive a free entree after calling and getting connected to a call center, but overall I probably won't be returning for a while. Hopefully they work out the new location issues.

  After I made this order, I found out that there is more than one Chipolte in the area. I went to the one that I always go to but they said they did not get the order. It must have gone to the one down the road. So we went to the other and could not find it anywhere! It was not at the given address! This was very frustrating! Extra driving and we still did not get any food.

  Im EXCITED for the grand opening. I don't understand how everyone rated low starts and the establishment has yet to open 🙄 be patient u guys, we will have steak and chicken fresh off the grill, and quality ingredients with FLAVOR soon 🤤
