  This rating relates to the location in Palmdale because the one in Lancaster is a disaster... long lines, bad service, attitudes, messy serving stations!

  I usually have no problem with chipotles. I have no problem asking for extras and being helped. The problem i have is communication and food safety. I got a steak bowl and everything was going well. Bowl is made and then she starts poking her finger into my steak bowl because she forgot what meat i choose, she asked me after i asked what she was doing. I dont remember if she changed her gloves before helping me and she did handle trash before helping me. Im kinda pissed off because why couldnt you ask, and to add insult to injury there ice machine is broken(not really mad about the ice machine, it adds to the frustration). Please dont be afraid to ask questions, i dont want people putting their fingers in my food. Sorry im good now.

  I had a very disappointing experience at Chipotle today ( 7/15/26 at 5:30 pm). I ordered a bowl, and when it came time to choose my protein, I asked for the honey chicken. The employee helping me politely told me it would take about 5–10 minutes to be ready and asked if I was willing to wait. I said yes. While I was waiting, the cook in the back, who I was later told was named Daniel, immediately started shaking his head, making frustrated noises, and slamming the cookware around. A few minutes later, the employee apologized and let me know it would still be another five minutes. Not wanting to make anyone’s job harder, I told her I would just switch to the regular chicken. Instead of the situation improving, Daniel continued shaking his head and slamming equipment as if he was upset that I had simply ordered something that was on the menu. I asked the employee for his name because I didn’t understand why he seemed angry with me for placing a normal order. As she was serving my regular chicken, Daniel loudly said, “I have the honey chicken,” in a sarcastic and disrespectful tone. I want to recognize the employee who helped me—she remained polite, patient, and professional throughout the interaction. Unfortunately, Daniel’s behavior completely overshadowed the experience. Customers should never feel uncomfortable or like they’re inconveniencing employees for ordering menu items that the restaurant offers. I hope management addresses this kind of behavior because it reflects poorly on the entire team.

  Really inefficient chipotle. The person that was helping us wasn’t paying attention to what we were asking for the food, very sloppily and didn’t really seem to care to want to help us very much I don’t understand the mentality and fast food where people just don’t want to do their job
