- FFFrankJun 27, 20261.0I had a disappointing experience at this Chipotle. I came in trying to make a healthier choice, but the visit fell short. One of the employees who helped me (female with glasses) had a poor attitude, which set a negative tone right away. The food itself was pretty bland. The only thing saving them is their queso blanco and guacamole. For a bowl that cost around $20+, I expected a lot more value and quality. Overall, it didn’t feel worth it, especially when there are more affordable options nearby like El Pollo Loco. I don’t plan on returning.

Never need to communicate to employees with any complex words containing more than 6 letters . So it fairly safe. I remember one time I asked for my standard carnitas bowl. I got to the cashier they were going to try to charge me for a stake bowl which is about a $1.50 more. I don't remember the cashier said nothing or said something and I said no mine was a carnitas bowl . I said no it's okay. Until they started to charge me for the wrong item. I said no no I'll pay for the carnitas bowl you don't have to make a carnitas bowl I'll just take what you made me. Of course they were going to throw the whole thing away of course. If I insisted on getting a carnitas bowl. So the cashier decided to ask the manager if it's okay

And I felt the service was rushed. I could barely say anything without being forced to move on. We have two new locations opening soon. I have no doubt that it will be the same until proven otherwise. I go to every location hoping for a better experience and paying a lot of money for two bowls, two izzes and chips. My total is always around $40+ and it’s disappointing at this point. This is the newest location we have in the AV and It felt no different in service or food quality unfortunately.
