  I ordered my food when I was passing through action I still had to wait for my food when I arrived. Nobody was at the cashier I was standing there while other employees were passing by their phone was continuously ringing and nobody bothered to pick it up. When my food was finally ready when I got home after a long day all I wanted was to eat my lemon pepper buffalo wings these were the worst wings I have ever eaten… they were so dry and absolutely had no flavor.. I wanted to complain but it was already late.. I only ate two wings and I couldn’t eat anymore, I was so disappointed cuz I have ate there In forever and now I regret spending $25 on a 10 piece and dried up turds… I wish I could’ve just went back and got my money back but it was already to late and I live in Lancaster.. I’m never eating there again.

  We had a very disappointing experience at Buffalo Wild Wings. From start to finish, the service was extremely poor. We want to mention that we seldom ever complain. Even when we’ve had bad service at other places, we usually just keep it to ourselves and let it go, but this time it was so consistently poor we had to speak up. We often go to Buffalo Wild Wings at other locations and have had fine experiences, which is why we came here. Today was Tuesday, and they advertised a buy one, get one wings deal. We came in specifically for that, but the wings we were served were boneless instead of traditional. We asked for traditional, but didn’t realize the issue until later, so we didn’t get the promo. Our total was over $60 for 12 wings, a kid’s meal, and an appetizer we never received. When we complained at the end, they said they’d bring it out, but by then we were already leaving after how long everything took. Our server took the order quickly and rushed off before we could fully finish. After that, we never saw him again. We had to find another server for help. Our order was full of mistakes—wrong drinks, missing items (our son never got his apple juice), wrong wings, and incorrect sides. The wings were also over-seasoned. We asked multiple times for forks and never got them—I ended up refilling our drinks myself. After waiting 30 to 40 minutes with no check-ins, we were close to just leaving. The bathrooms were also terrible—paper towels all over the countertops and floor, very messy and not maintained. We arrived just after 8:00 PM and didn’t leave until 10:30 PM. Our toddler was so hungry that he ended up eating his macaroni and applesauce with his hands because we couldn’t get basic help. It was a Tuesday night and not busy, so there was no reason for such lack of attention or service. Overall, it was a terrible experience. We will not be returning and would not recommend this location to others.

  Shitty service waited 40min and still no one came to take our order wasn’t even busy at all 1 employee was cleaning while the other two females stood there talking.

  This is the 2nd visit in the last 2 months and both visits were the worst service than I've ever experienced at this location.Today there were 6 tables that were seated at including our table the hostess kept us at the door for close to 10 minutes then we were finally seated after 20 minutes of arrival the waitress stopped by the table when we were already ready to order but she proceeded to tell us she would be with us in a few minutes like we weren't a priority so then she went and cleaned to tables and did some other stuff before finally taking our order and the service was poor from start to finish and our last visit was just as bad if not worse don't think my family will return again after our last two visits being so terrible
