    I don't normally leave reviews, but I wanted to treat myself to a nice salad and a cocktail. I had previously ordered the Buffalo Chicken Salad through DoorDash and was genuinely impressed by the portion size and flavor, so I was looking forward to enjoying it in the restaurant along with one of their signature margaritas. I sat in the bar area, and when I arrived, only the bartender was working. I understood there might be a bit of a wait before I could place my order, and I had no problem being patient. Unfortunately, my experience with the bartender, Luis, was disappointing from start to finish. From the moment he approached me, I felt like I was inconveniencing him. When he brought my silverware, he placed a single fork between a stack of folded napkins and practically tossed it onto the table without saying a word. I brushed it off at first because I assumed he was busy. When he took my order, he seemed rushed and even assumed I wanted ranch dressing instead of asking what dressing I preferred. When my food arrived, he simply slid the plate onto the table and walked away. The salad itself was also disappointing. It was missing the blue cheese crumbles, and there was barely enough dressing for the size of the salad. I eventually had to flag down another server to ask for a side of blue cheese. Once Luis noticed I was asking someone else for help, he finally asked if everything was okay. I explained that my salad was missing the blue cheese, and he said he'd take care of it. When he returned, he once again just slid the container onto the table without any acknowledgment or apology. By that point, I was over the entire experience. The salad wasn't prepared the way it had been on my previous visit, and the service was some of the poorest I've experienced in a long time. The only positive interaction I had was with a female server who checked on me toward the end of my meal and asked if I needed anything. I simply asked for my check. Sadly, this experience was enough for me to decide that I won't be dining in at this location again. I understand restaurants get busy, but basic courtesy, professionalism, and attention to detail should still be part of the experience.

    Waited for over 10 min. No one came to seat us. So, we just left. I was will to try this place for the first time. With that impression, I sincerely doubt of ever coming back.

    This location is the worst Buffalo Wilds Wings period! You can tell they hire anyone with a pulse lol The service is trash, you’ll be waiting around just to get your order taken and the dining area is was gross! Bar was dirty. No one wanted to take our order. After waiting around to be greeted and seated we went up to the bar tender who said we can sit anywhere. We chose a table and sat around waiting to be greeted. When someone finally came up to our table it was to tell us to move tables because she’s clocking out and ain’t taking any more orders for the night lol We ended up just getting food to go instead (still had to wait longer than expected for someone to come take our order) and they forgot to put onion on all the food we ordered. Not going back.

    We went to the bar but the tables with empty seats had messy tables. We waited and when the waitress finally came after 15 minutes, she said she was the only person in the whole restaurant, but instead of clearing the table she went to people at the end of the bar who where already there and already had food. She just started having small talk with them. We waited a few more minutes then left. Awful service.
