  The non binary worker in deli is a jerk. Waited 20 min patiently for the cheep chicken Monday, I'm just passing through the area, she gets to me gives me an attitude when I'm being polite and gave me no chicken breast. I didn't complain I asked for another order. Mind you she just mixed the order for two black women. And she says I have no more you gotta wait 20 min. There was a lot of chicken mainly breast, very sexist individual. I left the chicken in an aisle somewhere. I was over it. The worst part was while I was in line i was planning on getting the two ladies a 15$ gift card from Starbucks as they were pretty busy and others weren't as patient. Blocked your own blessing.

  This has been my parent's and sister's grocery store for almost thirty years. Associates are always friendly. I'm sure some have left and new ones has been hired but overall it's a nice store.

  I've been waiting for hours for my delivery that was never updated I called you inquire with the manager at the Palmdale location they told me my card was declined which I have been charged already I spoke with customer service Representatives informing me I should cancel and reorder it for tomorrow when I have hungry kids over here after hours of me waiting around with no updates

  I am writing this review to express my profound disappointment with the systematic operational failures at the Albertsons location in Lancaster, CA. Having frequented various grocers in the region, this particular location stands out as exceptionally poorly managed, suffering from a complete breakdown in basic customer service standards and leadership accountability.The overall service at this establishment is entirely unacceptable. Front-end operations are highly inefficient, resulting in excessively long checkout queues with no proactive efforts from staff to manage line flow or assist waiting patrons. Basic hospitality—such as greeting customers or displaying a helpful, welcoming attitude—is completely non-existent. Instead, the front-line employees exhibit a palpable indifference and rudeness, signaling a toxic workforce culture where customer satisfaction is disregarded.More concerning is the distinct lack of leadership and empowerment within the building. Employees appear restricted from exercising any independent problem-solving or autonomy to resolve customer grievances on the floor. When I requested the contact information for the District Manager to escalate my concerns, the staff either lacked the knowledge or refused to provide it. Furthermore, the Store Manager remains entirely unavailable to patrons, seemingly insulated by administrative staff who screen inquiries to avoid direct accountability.To compound this poor in-store experience, I formally escalated these matters to Albertsons Corporate Customer Care. Regrettably, despite promises of a follow-up, I have received no response or resolution regarding my experience. This complete silence suggests that the disregard for consumer satisfaction is a top-down cultural issue extending from the local management to the corporate infrastructure.This store requires immediate operational intervention, a rigorous retraining of staff on customer-centric fundamentals, and an overhaul of its leadership team. Until structural changes are made, I strongly advise local residents to take their business to alternative grocers who value and respect their clientele.
