  For anyone who may concern, a lady named Nallely was very abruptly rude towards me when I first arrived to order my food. She didn’t help me with the order options, made a “666” joke on me on purpose & when I confronted her attitude she precisely said “i’m going to report you to EBT” as in i’m not entitled to use my EBT card on a place that ALLOWS EBT beneficiaries. She was taunting me & humiliating me in front of different customers & days later, my mother called for a pizza order while being left on the phone line for an hour. This is beyond outrageous & out of control. Totally unacceptable & I hope the higher ups do justice for this type of behavior. I know i’m not the only one.

  One of the male receptionists here has a terrible attitude, especially toward delivery drivers. While I was waiting for an order, DoorDash added another customer's order to the batch; however, the receptionist insisted that I deliver only one order and told us to contact the customer to cancel the other. It wasn't the driver's fault that DoorDash had added the extra order. The service is very poor.

  Bernice is rude. Ok. Block me if you listen to customers trying to scam with cash on delivery and 1 paid order. Just getting louder doesnt help anyone ok? Rude. GM should look into how many orders they mark for cash for delivery that end up not paid for. Very suspicious

  They were open late on 4th of July and my autistic nephew only eats their tavern pizza and they were super kind. Amazing team. Thankful for you all.
