You have compassion, you have consideration, but at some point if the food service worker doesn't bear the burden of the stress they end up making customers feel degraded and unimportant. I hate when i've worked a long day, missed dinner and need the convenience of a drive through But then 9/10 my order is wrong at this location. It makes it even more frustrating when it happens over and over, especially when you have to drive across town to find that your order is wrong when you get home. To add insult injury, you have things like no napkins or condiments that you asked for and again after a while.It becomes more unhealthy than just the food itself.
