The prices feel very much like private equity prices - are out of control AND there's a 5% surcharge on top that goes straight to the hotel (up from 3% that was already an erroneous and ridiculous charge). 26 DOLLARS for a stack of pancakes - hard pass. People are still great, quality of food is good too, still like the atmosphere, even with all the changes but the prices are justified, even in this economy.

Don’t bother. $10 for good brew. $28 for standard breakfast. Kings highway more like highway robbery.

What a gem!!! The service and decor is a 10!! Anna was our topic notch server who met our exuberance! I had the California omelette and was able to substitute potatoes for salad - delicious all around. My compatriot ordered the traditional breakfast - we enjoyed the entire experience

King's Highway should change their name to Highway Robbery. I have zero problems paying for expensive food but a lot of problems with food being a scam. 2 breakfast burritos, 2 coffees, 2 waters is $120 (before tip) at this establishment. I was in such a crunch for time I just decided to grab it and thought maybe I might have the best breakfast burrito of my life at $25. The breakfast burritos came out 3 minutes after I ordered it...instantly alarmed. I go to pick it up and it just starts falling to pieces, completely loose with zero integrity. My mouth is fully agape but not because I'm going to take a bite, out of the blatant disrespect this establishment is doing to it's customers. To the owner: I'm not sure what your thought process here and how tight for cash you are... But this is bad and I'm not sure how much time you have left if you're making these kinds of decisions. Get yourself a new chef and make the food match the prices or drop the prices. Big mismatch here. Idk how many warnings you need.

My husband and I came in to get a date shake, we were told they were the best. We came in and ordered. Watched as our food and milk shakes sat in the window for at least 20 minutes. The shakes were $15 each, which would be fine, but mine came out completely melted to the point the whip cream on top was also melted. My husband ordered the $30 Rueben, the corn beef was super dry and half his sandwich didn’t have meat on it. When we said something to our server about it he said we should have said something sooner, which we would have had he not dropped our food and disappeared for another 15 minutes. Just over all a bad experience with over priced food that didn’t even taste good.
