Went in, sat down… waited 25 minutes. we were given water within 2 minutes, but no one would stop to ask our order. We see the waiter and waitress just talking amongst themselves and stare at us, but completely avoid our table. Then after waiting, Robby I think his name is? Told the waitress to take our order.. she rolls her eyes, and starts saying to us, “this isn’t even my table, but I guess we are switching tables then? What do you guys want?” Immediately stood up and left. Next time just say you don’t want to help us, it’s more direct.
After sitting down at the table we waited 10 minutes to be served water. After another 20 minutes of sitting there and being stared at by the “manager” Robbie and his cashier talking and staring while doing absolutely nothing. A waitress came by and said “ oh I guess you are my table”. Taken back by this “miscommunication” I just said that we were good that we didn’t want anything. Hardly any customers in the store and being ignored the whole time. This place does NOT live up to the hype and honestly don’t know how they can stay in business. “Robbie” is the worst most unprofessional “manager” that I have ever witnessed. If your thinking about stopping by get take out 👍🏼
Delivery driver did not read instructions or the service would have been 5 stars. I ordered a pizza, and 2 salads. One house salad with chicken and extra tomatoes, and one antipasto salad. They sent 2 house salads with chicken, no extra tomatoes on the one.
Excellent pizza spot. Visited Palm Springs for the first time and decided to try it out initially for the ease of location (right in downtown). After trying their pizza and salad, we decided to come back multiple times during our trip as the food was incredible and amazing service. Will definitely be a spot we come back to anytime we’re in Palm Springs.

When we walked inside, there was a family who was dining. They looked at us and they all giggled and looked down to hold their laughs. We weren’t funny looking so I didn’t know what they were laughing about. It gave me the vibe of year 2000 when I felt like I was the first Asian people saw. And then we waited near the front door for about 4-5 minutes. There were 3 ladies who were ‘working’ but never walked toward us. We were going to take out the pizza so we didn’t know what to do. My sister finally went up to them and asked. Then a lady came by to tell us that we needed to put the order in with Michelle. When I tried to order with Michelle, she was very short with me. I felt that she assumed I didn’t speak English. Even when she found out that I was speaking English well enough, I felt really rushed to order. I wanted a whole Hawaiian pizza and a slice of cheese but with extra cheese. When I tried to say this, she again, was like “we can’t do that. It needs to be a whole pizza or half a pizza”. So I ordered a half of extra cheese pizza and when I picked up the order, she put the extra cheese on half of my whole Hawaiian pizza. We had enough food but I was frustrated with how she didn’t want to communicate long enough to figure out what I wanted. The green on the salad was dry and old. Pizza was reasonable but salty. When I went back to pick up the pizza, the grandpa of the same family was staring me down. Never recommend for any Asians to go there. Lol
