  I completely understand that we arrived shortly before closing, and I recognize that the staff was preparing to end their night. However, the restaurant was still open and accepting customers, and that does not excuse treating those customers with disrespect. From the moment we arrived, we felt as though we were an inconvenience rather than paying customers. The man working at the front was particularly rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. We were refused use of the restroom, and after receiving our food, we were told that the dining area was closed. I have worked in customer service for most of my life, so I understand how frustrating it can be when customers arrive close to closing time. But if a business is still open and chooses to serve a customer, that customer should still be treated with basic courtesy, dignity, and respect. We were not demanding special treatment or expecting anyone to stay open beyond their posted hours. We simply expected to be treated politely while the restaurant was still operating. Unfortunately, the way we were spoken to and treated made us feel unwelcome and as though our business was a burden. The food itself could not make up for such an unpleasant customer-service experience. I left extremely disappointed, and I hope management addresses how customers are treated near closing time. This type of service honestly deserves a nice long email to corporate.

  Food was ready quick. Hot and fresh. The restaurant was clean. Staff members were kind and accommodating.

  There's only one girl working here. She is nice but the AC is broke and 85 degrees in the store, and very smokey. She needs some help here. Edit my friend ordered, and I waited at the register but they're panicking so hard I just figured it's best to not make their day worse and go somewhere else. I was never greeted and wasn't able to order.

  Shoutout from Australia! We came every night after stagecoach and received the best customer service, and would consider flying back just for the food 😆! We wish we could remember the workers name who served us each night as he made wingstop the highlight of our trip

  My friend and I were greeted by an employee who said, "We'll be right with you." We waited far longer than we should have while the employee repeatedly said the same thing without actually helping us. Then, despite clearly seeing both of us together, he only asked one of us if we had a pickup order and continued to ignore us. Eventually, a woman who was pushing a mop bucket had to stop what she was doing to take our order. The customer service was disorganized and disappointing. A simple acknowledgment followed by timely service would have made a big difference. You can see he just talking on the phone whole time, owners should check in cause this guys is just having full blown conversations on phone.
