Fresh ingredients, handmade items, like the salsa, the flan, and other items make this a must have for Mexican fare. Beware, with fresh peppers, the heat can bite you, even in a mild dish. Outside of that, highly recommended!

Do not eat here. My wife ordered enchiladas and, after her order was botched twice, these photos show the catastrophe we were served and charged $16 for. Unseasoned, boiled-looking chicken slopped into soggy, minitaure tortillas that looked like they came from a microwave. Beyond disgusting. When we called to report the issue, the restaurant's manager whined that we had hurt his feelings and tried to blame the hostess. The worst elementary school cafeteria in existence offers better food and service.

Guillermo’s has elevated, thoughtful Mexican cuisine with the kind of presentation and flavor combinations you’d expect from a much more upscale dining experience. The Filete de Camarón al Cuervo arrived looking absolutely stunning, and the flavor matched the presentation. The Ensalada Tropical con Camarones was incredibly balanced — the mango and pumpkin seeds blended together beautifully and gave the dish a fresh, sophisticated flavor profile. The Ribeye Tacos Suavecitos disappeared without a word at the table, which honestly says everything. I had the Enchiladas de Pollo with red sauce, and the homemade corn tortillas were excellent, but the real surprise was the beans — genuinely the best restaurant beans I’ve ever had. The atmosphere is relaxed and comfortable without feeling overly formal, the staff was knowledgeable and attentive, and the menu feels far more refined and creative than the typical Mexican restaurant. If you appreciate Mexican cuisine with elevated ingredients, thoughtful preparation, and upscale presentation, this place is absolutely worth experiencing.

The best happy hour in town their shrimp kebab are off the chart and if you want something spicy, they have something called Perreyra keto which is shrimp and cheese stuff makes the yellow pepper, it has a little bit of it, and the margaritas are perfect
