  Okay first of all Drive through: there was no line and the wait was long Food & utensils: We asked if there was avocado lime sauce "she said no theres none availableat the moment" we got to the front and she gives us the sauce 🤣 but know this time she didn't have the red spicey sauce. Atmosphere: customer service aint servicing anymore 😒 bad attitudes with lack of wanted to work

  Ordered a chicken tostada and the chicken was only dark meat which I’ve never gotten at any other pollo loco location. The tostada contents looked pretty disgusting too

  I have eaten at many locations and never seen one as bad as this one . The windows were foggy and tables dirty. I ordered a usual order and it was also not the same .

  They didn't honor the coupon I had .also they didn't give me a receipt for the purchase ,54.00 for a meal for 3 it's Outretgious expensive, I will never stop here to eat .

  would like to share this feedback with respect and appreciation for the hard work of the staff. This restaurant has great potential and is clearly a place many people enjoy. However, during my visit, there were a few areas that could use improvement. The dining area felt somewhat neglected in cleanliness, and the food quality was not at its best. I ordered a chicken salad, and the vegetables did not taste as fresh as expected. It was later in the evening, and the team appeared very tired, which is understandable. However, a warmer and more welcoming attitude would greatly enhance the customer experience. One young employee stood out for his kindness and willingness to help, which made a positive difference. The new self-ordering system can also be challenging, especially for customers who are not comfortable with technology. I noticed some elderly guests feeling confused, and it would be helpful to have more staff support available for them. Additionally, my friend and I experienced a long wait for our order. When I asked about it, the response felt a bit rushed, and unfortunately, we had not heard our number being called. With a stronger focus on cleanliness, food freshness, and a more positive and supportive environment for both staff and customers, this restaurant could truly shine. This feedback is shared with respect and with the hope of seeing this place continue to grow and improve. God bless you all.
