- NNNicoleJun 28, 20261.0I have been a loyal, returning customer for several years, but yesterday was, without question, the worst experience I have ever had. I received a notification that the driver had entered my community. After waiting approximately 10–15 minutes without receiving my order, I called to ask for an estimated arrival time. While I was on the phone, the associate asked me to check my front porch. I explained that I had already checked and that I have security cameras confirming that no one had delivered the food to my home. The associate placed me on hold, returned a few moments later, and told me that the driver's tracker wasn't working and that I should continue waiting. Before I could ask any additional questions, he disconnected the call. Since my order still had not arrived, I called back to cancel it. The associate canceled the order, and I believed the matter had been resolved. A short time later, another associate called me and insisted that my food had been delivered. I explained that, unfortunately, the driver was mistaken because no food had been delivered to my home. Rather than listening to my concerns, the associate repeatedly implied that I was lying and accused me of trying to get free food. He even stated that he would come retrieve the order from my home—as though it had actually been delivered. Later, when my husband left to get food elsewhere, he discovered our Domino's order sitting on our neighbor's doorstep, covered in ants! Not only did we never receive our food, but I was also falsely accused of being dishonest and treated like a thief. As someone who has supported your business for years, I found this treatment to be completely unacceptable and incredibly insulting. The delivery mistake itself could have been resolved. What cannot be overlooked is the way I was spoken to and the accusations that were made against me. Because of this experience, I will no longer be ordering from this location

When we called out to say we were ready to order, they said sorry we won’t be able to give you your pizza for 45-60 minutes. He said just in that minute so many orders had come in which was a whole load of BS!! Rude and unfriendly entitled staff!!! Why don’t companies give the jobs to people who know what customer service is!!! This happened at 8.45pm on 13th March! I hope the company will do something about such bad mannered workers!!!
