- PKP K5 days ago5.0Had to have my burrito bowl remade. The girl lifted up the silver container holding the steak getting the very last bit of it.. you know the water underneath that keeps the metal containers holding the food hot? Yeah, well the girl dripped and drizzled that water in my burrito bowel that was all along the sides 😳 It was so gross. 🤢 she saw it too I felt so intimidated too! I left and waited for a crowd of people to arrive and asked someone else to remake it that had more of an approachable personality than what the girl had. Then the girl watched me like a hawk and got a little defensive when the kind worker said no charge for this had to be remade. She waited for him to walk away then told me they can’t take back food so just take it .. I asked her you can’t throw this out? She told me no😡 I told you we don’t take food back. so I threw it in the trash leaving.. it’s just a bit intimidating going into this location with that girl working.. I kind of got that vibe she didn’t like white girls.
- KKKayla6 days ago2.0Ordered burrito bowl online. What they gave me looked like soup. Picked it up exactly at pickup time. Way too much sauce was added. If you know the customer does not want rice, you need to put less sauce and wet ingredients because there is nothing to soak it up. Barely any meat as well. Do not order online here. Do not order with sauce. Do not order no rice. Or just do not order here at all.

Ordered online three separate times during this week and every single time the order was wrong. The rice is clumped and crispy, they don't follow directions with anything else either. DO BETTER. $40 for 1 bowl for delivery, you'd expect them to get it right.
