  Bad, dry wings same experience as Jason Hunter's Review. Although I want a free meal in exchange! I want the benefit of the doubt to redwem themselves. Not a owner reply with " will address this to the team" seeing the other bad reviews is disappointing because it proves nothing has been done .

  I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but my experience at Buffalo Wild Wings was extremely disappointing. After being seated, it took about 10 minutes just to receive our drinks. Our server, Isabella, then disappeared for long periods of time and repeatedly walked past us without checking in. We felt completely ignored. When she finally took our order, our food took over 40 minutes to come out. During that time, we saw multiple tables who were seated after us receive their food first. No one came by to update us, check on us, or even acknowledge the delay.We were there with two small children, which made the long wait even more frustrating—especially seeing other tables being served while my kids were still waiting for their food. By the time we received our food, we had to go up for it ourselves. The wings and food were clearly sitting out for a while—they were dry and not fresh. Even after we had already been eating for a while, Isabela only came by briefly to ask, “Do you need anything else?” There was no “How is everything?” or “Sorry for the wait.” When we said no, she simply turned around and walked away—no follow-up, no effort to correct the situation, not even a water refill. My husband ended up going to order another beer himself. I understand when staff are busy—I’ve worked as a manager before, and I know sometimes staffing is limited. However, customer service has nothing to do with that. A simple check-in, communication, or apology goes a long way. What made the situation more frustrating was seeing another server (unfortunately I didn’t catch her name) spending over 7 minutes chatting with a table while other guests were clearly waiting and frustrated. At one point, a guest from her section even had to get up and go to the bar to order his own drink. Overall, the lack of urgency, communication, and basic customer service made this a very poor experience.

  Got take out and when home realized: They didn’t give ketchup for the fries, we got half a little thing of ranch for the carrots (which would’ve made up for no ketchup), and the lemon pepper dry rub was simply missing on ten of the wings. We’re in from out of town and this BWW location is way worse than the one at home.

  So hard and dry I had bone in and the other person had bone out, both were extremely dry and hard. In service with terrible, we were waiting on the server constantly
