  I placed an order online. It was a great experience. .. Heads up if you're turning off Hovely into the parking lot...the oncoming traffic drives really fast as well as same direction

  Worst market in the area. Poor customer service, most times only 1 lane is open. Even though Mgrs are walking around instead of helping the checkout. And when you try to call, no one ever answers. Albertsons corporate needs to visit this store. The managers are more excuse makers than managers. Going to Ralph's right across the street.

  Like anything else, one place has multiple stores in any given area, as such we have an Albertsons conveniently located less than 5 miles from our home which we frequented weekly spending an estimated $500 per visit and now drive the extra 10 miles to shop elsewhere. We've ordered home delivery and pick up of our groceries and everything seemed okay. Then about 6 months ago our local store went south. Expired food on the shelves, always out of products that are some the most purchased items, store is dirty, managers are rude and careless, veggies and fruit are either too ripe and mushy or go bad in a day. And when I say go bad I mean an entire lemon will have green mold on it that is powdery and spreads. Its disgusting. Checkers have moved to other stores so there are very few familiar faces. The do not teach those bagging to actually bag appropriately - I have had eggs on bottom and canned goods on top!!! Its unorganized chaos. In one particular incident I was in the lunch meat aisle and found an item that had expired 2 months prior. One of the managers was near by chit chatting with 2 other employees about nothing work related so I walked over to him, handed him the package and said "this is expired" to which he looked at me bewildered and irritated that I interrupted his personal conversation for something so minor. Even went as far as making a face to the others when I walked away and louder than necessary said, "as I was saying" and went on conversing. And do not get me started on the cart situation or the long lines due to insufficient checkers. Now here's the kicker, if you mention this store while shopping at another Albertsons, you will hear the same unrehearsed commentary ... They are called the black out Albertsons, the managers from hell Albertsons, the I left them bc of the atmosphere Albertsons, the Albertsons that made a derogatory comment to an employee and then fired them Albertsons. The list goes on and on. My question then is this; I can't be the only one who has experienced anything I've said above, has there been no complaints, if there have been has corporate simply ignored them, and finally how are they still in business when obviously there's no accountability???? !!!!DO NOT SHOP AT THIS PARTICULAR ALBERTSONS...GO TO DEEP CANYON AND HWY 111!!!
