  I’m convinced the drive-thru here is designed specifically so they don’t have to face the people whose orders they ruin. It’s structured to dump you straight onto a street, right turn only—once you’re out, you’re out. You have to drive all the way around the block just to get back and tell them they messed up, which is exactly what happened today. ​We paid the premium for a Deluxe Quarter Pounder and received a regular one. Not only was it the wrong item, but the "quality" was a joke. The entire order was thrown together with zero care—just a messy, slapped-together disappointment. Why am I paying extra to get the wrong food and a headache? ​Save yourself the frustration and the forced detour. Go to a different location where they actually put the burger together properly in the way that you actually paid for. Total waste of time and money.

  I asked the employee that gives you the food for barbecue sauce and she tells me I only have one,then I tell her do I have ketchup in the bag, she said yes but when I get home there is nothing. Overall bad service.

  I stopped by this McDonald's this morning to pick up my sister some breakfast. I placed my order through the mobile app. She wanted the Egg McMuffin sandwich with hash brown and orange juice. I got myself a large cola and selected for drive thru as the pickup. They have a bag fee here so be aware. When I came there was no cars in the drive thru so I was able to pull up and tell them my code. I picked up my order at the second window. The guy forgot about my large soda but I reminded him. The egg McMuffin combo is pretty expensive especially when you add orange juice because it's an additional charge. My sister like her breakfast and I enjoyed my soda from here. They don't have much parking at this location and it's on a busy street.
