  If i could rate it zero stars i would. i went tonight through the drive thru. My sister who has a DISABILITY, had a freak out in the car and the windows we rolled down * we were getting ready to order* and i immediately apologized to the staff who answered me back and explained my self. Minutes go by and im guessing a manager comes back and tells us theyre refusing service. We tried to explain how we are sorry but my sister was going through a freak out and the other woman on the speaker was abruptly rude. I would never harass service workers who are working to provide food but to not let us explain our situation so we can at least have them know it wasnt intentional is crazy. Rude. Slow service. Discriminatory. Awful.

  No matter how many times I come to this particular location when I use the drive-through, they always make you park on the side and wait even if nobody is there and still receive the food cold

  Fries were not as piping hot as they could've been as I ate there in my car, but the great service made up for that. The top of my cup was flooded with diet coke about to spill over and the crew member took it back from me immediately and provided a new lid. That was excellent and couldn't be happier!
