- NBN BJun 19, 20263.0First off for a smaller Safeway location is nice and it’s nice having staff available on the floor and whenever they needed help up front to help checkout everyone came to support, which is rare. You do see everyone looks tired, I work 60-70 hours a week at the hospital and many in today’s world do the same, since We All are working long hours but if you come to my hospital you are still asking me to be professional your entire visit, correct me if I’m wrong?! Photo below is my cashier (Dion) and I was already regretting if I got him while I was waiting in line because he continuously displayed rudeness to every single customer. If you watch my interaction with all your staff on the floor I made eye contact and greeted with a smile, and I did the same when Dion called me up to his register. While he scanned my groceries and bagging them I was loading my cart, Dion saw me pickup the water he placed on the armrest by the card swipe machine as I placed it into my cart he stated (hey I need to scan that), I replied (oh I thought you did when it was on the trolly and placed it here), he stated (no I need to scan it) so I picked it up from my cart and as Dion was looking on his screen I noticed it was already on there and he did scan it. I could tell he saw it so I asked (is that it so it is already scanned?), Dion replied with a nod while rolling his eyes at me. So now I’m standing there waiting for him to scan everything else (smiling) the whole time and Dion looked at me asking me (what’s your problem). Again I was smiling standing there just waiting paying attention to what he was doing. You guys have a 3.9 and with customer service like his that’s what I’d be giving you as well. Dion is rude/unprofessional and you wouldn’t want him treating you disrespectfully either. If he did it to me and saw him be rude to 2 other people in front of me you can’t say it isn’t a problem!
