- KCKsenia ClarkSep 18, 20261.0**Rude cashiers and a confusing checkout process** My husband and I stopped in just to buy water, and the checkout experience was the rudest I've ever had at a grocery store. We walked up to an open register and the cashier hissed at us to get in line and wait to be called. That's fine, since having one line for all registers makes sense. So my husband waited his turn. When he got to the front, a cashier was finishing with the previous customer, so he stepped a little closer. Another cashier snapped at him, "I didn't call you, go to the back of the line." I don't know what the rules are in this store, but if you use a single line and call people up one at a time, please organize it properly: put up a sign or mark where to wait. Most of all, staff can ask politely instead of hissing and yelling at customers. Even a simple "hello" would go a long way. The staff were unfriendly, irritated and condescending the whole time. We came in for one item and left feeling disrespected. This is the first time I've ever felt the need to file a complaint with corporate, and I'm doing so because this treatment was completely unacceptable. Very disappointing.

Checkout cashier Dennis a seasoned employee was super friendly & we even had a small talk about music. [The 5 stars is thanks to Dennis's excellent customer service demeanor👍] Tip: Checkout line is 1 lane towards cashier booth.
