  DON'T TRUST THEM! We ordered a veggie platter three days in advance for a large party. The morning of, we got a notice that it was "canceled". Why? Who knows. We called and got no help. We were told that the person who makes the platters could not make another one because she was too busy. Never again!

  Clean grocery with massive selections on a variety of brands. Excellent deli foods selection and bakery.It was my first time shopping at Vons, I was pleasantly surprised.

  I tried to buy a nice bottle of tequila last night, but the process was unnecessarily confusing and frustrating. After waiting in the regular checkout line, I was told I needed to go to customer service, where someone would retrieve the bottle and ring me up. No problem—I went to customer service and waited, even though no one was stationed there. A couple of employees noticed I needed help and tried to get someone’s attention, but the employee working nearby was busy assisting a customer at self-checkout. I continued waiting patiently. Eventually, another employee brought the bottle to self-checkout and told me the employee there would ring me up once he finished helping the other customer. When he finally came over, however, he spoke to me in a scolding and condescending manner, saying he could not ring up alcohol there because of state law. I had simply followed the instructions given to me by multiple employees, so I did not appreciate being spoken to as though I had done something wrong. At that point, I left and purchased the tequila at Ralphs instead. I do want to mention that the other employees who tried to help me were very kind. Their efforts—and the fact that they were doing their best to help—were the reason I remained patient for so long. Unfortunately, the final interaction with an older bald male employee left a very bad impression.

  This is literally just for the Starbucks in Vons. I didn’t know how to do it separately… but I do online orders, and whenever I order at night And Yolanda is working she never does the online orders.. I have went several times When I order online and it’s never ready .. I went last night around five I put in my Starbucks drove over.. I saw her line was big and I saw her making the drinks so I assumed she was eventually gonna do my drink. I was being respectful, letting her take her time. Starbucks wrote me that it was ready. To go look at my drink was not there. She was still helping other customers I look over and I could see that my tickets there but she hasn’t pulled it so I was like OK maybe she’s gonna do it next time after she does these new customers orders she proceeds to do all the orders. This is 20 minutes after Starbucks already told me that it was ready my app. I see that she’s taking new orders in my drink isn’t done. I ask her. I’m sorry I don’t see my drink. It was an online order. Oh yeah it just came out. I’m gonna take all these other orders and remind you there’s a line a long line and then I’ll do yours. Next I was like is there anyway I could just get a refund for it. She proceeds to raise her voice. I don’t know how to do that. I said OK well I don’t wanna wait any longer. I’m sorry she said it barely came out so I don’t know what to tell you you’re gonna have to wait. I showed her my app that said it was done at that time and I told her I know you’ve seen me waiting earlier and I’ve been respectful and patient can’t wait any much longer. I’ve already been in the store for 30 minutes after the time it said it was done she was rude saying stuff under her breath. I did not appreciate it. I even told her just refund it and we’re done. She said she didn’t know how to do that. She humiliated me in front of other customers. It was not nice. I’ve never dealt with any Starbucks employee with an attitude like that she is definitely not Starbucks worthy employee .. And who knows maybe she just hasn’t been trained enough, but she definitely needs help at night.. Please do not get Starbucks online at night here they probably won’t do it .. also, this is not the first time she did that with my order this is actually the third time she’s done this with my online order.. please get her trained in hospitality, attitude, and online order orders..

  A typical grocery store, but here they are also rude and unhelpful. I feel like the check out clerk would rather I was not there. So, no going back for me.
