- DDDanielleSep 18, 20261.0First time ordering delivery to my home, however I did not receive Eight piece fried chicken I ordered from the deli instead I received a container with looks like spaghetti and a fork from Home inside of it. What the heck. That person is not paying attention and not re-checking the list. It was actually in the bag too Terrible service
- TMTroy McClureAug 31, 20265.0Their deli makes the best fried chicken. I always get it with the potatoes. I wish I was back in Oxnard right now to get lunch here.
- DGDr GreenthumbAug 24, 20265.0Well I found what I was looking for followed by great customer service at the register. Friendly hellows from the clerk with a (have a good day) on my way out. Totally satisfied with the way they run business there.
- CTCharles ThornburgAug 21, 20261.0Once again, Vons pulls the old bait and switch. It's not even 5pm on a Friday. I came here to buy tritip and shrimp, which were both advertised. I show up and they have neither. The Vons on Ventura road is just as bad. They close their deli down early to avoid honoring advertised deals. To too it off, they don't schedule checkers so you spend more time waiting to check out than you do shopping for the missing items they lured you to store with. Do better, Vons.
- MBMike BedaAug 15, 20261.0DON'T TRUST THEM! We ordered a veggie platter three days in advance for a large party. The morning of, we got a notice that it was "canceled". Why? Who knows. We called and got no help. We were told that the person who makes the platters could not make another one because she was too busy. Never again!
